10 Feb 18 UTC Well played everyone.

I made plenty of mistakes in the midgame that allowed T to grow way too fast. In the endgame I figured my only chance to be part of the draw was to occupy one of the iberian centers in the stalemate line..
10 Feb 18 UTC I guess I should thank T for preventing F from eliminating me.
10 Feb 18 UTC Bizarre finish! I was furious at Italy for stabbing me and potentially giving a turkey win in what seemed gratuitous and pointless way since surely the game ends either with turkey win or three way draw excluding Italy if turkey can’t get there. But I get it, only way to survive so fair enough. However.... turkey why would you give draw? Why not back off in the end without losing anything and let me just remove Italy (nothing personal Rogan). I don’t get that at all.
Separately. I enjoyed the Mexican standoff with Germany and England, an odd stalemate line where no one was safe and I wanted to befriend Germany but had to keep attacking Belgium to prevent any movement. Finally retreating from North Atlantic allowed us to polish off England (sorry England).
Again, turkey, you are too nice, a simple retreat to tyrhanean and it’s a three way draw.
Anyway fun game with a lot of ups and down and broken and remade alliances
10 Feb 18 UTC Thanks all, that was an interesting one. After some consideration, I figured I wasn't going to be able to break through in the north. And I felt I'd stabbed Italy enough that I owed them one. : P
11 Feb 18 UTC I'm a little surprised we ended in a draw. I did my best you cross the stalemate line, but geography was on your side, ndwyvern! To France, Italy, and England, I'm sorry for the aggression, but I also did my best to back off and offer peace for the greater good of the board. Good game everyone.
