14 Jan 18 UTC Autumn, 1912: Thanks, I'll take that as a compliment. But you've caught on to my tricks now.
15 Jan 18 UTC Spring, 1913: And then there were three
15 Jan 18 UTC Spring, 1913: Hmmm....no draw vote, eh?
18 Jan 18 UTC Spring, 1914: That was quick England. Are you on a promise?
19 Jan 18 UTC Well played - you have the stalemate line next move. Voting for a draw now
19 Jan 18 UTC Very good game....for a brief moment back there I thought I might be in with a sniff....but pesky Italy with his bloody annoying and effective rearguard in the Balkans scuppered that.
19 Jan 18 UTC England you seemed to spend a lot of time chasin the remnants of France and Germany around. I think that was your chance missed.

.
19 Jan 18 UTC Well played folks -- glad I could make this entertaining.
19 Jan 18 UTC Yeah, probably. I was avoiding building armies to prevent Germany from distrusting me, but then I didn't have good forces to go into the interior. Good game all; great rear-defense, Italy
19 Jan 18 UTC Russia, I couldn't have persuaded you to attack Italy and try to go for a 2-way draw, right? I though maybe there'd be enough chaos I could grab Tunis, but figured you'd see through that
19 Jan 18 UTC I had already gone for a draw but was thinking whether it was worthwhile ditching that and having a go at grabbing venice and naples off Italy and then seeing what would happen.....just maybe.
However by the time i got off work and went to look at it you had already gone draw as well , so it was too late anyway!!
19 Jan 18 UTC Whew! 2-ways are never stable though -- someone always winds up with that extra center at the end.
20 Jan 18 UTC As the one who already had 17, I'd have been willing to take that risk ;) good game all, in any case
20 Jan 18 UTC Good game all.
