Autumn, 2014: BC and Quebec - we (me and Texas) have established a stalemate line - so now you would just need to decide if you want to go for 5-way draw or 4-way draw as there's no point in dragging this on any longer

Autumn, 2014: So it appears that all fronts are at a deadlock. I think it is time that we all begin negotiating a draw between Quebec, British Columbia, Cuba, and myself.
Does this sound reasonable to everyone? Excluding Florida who I think we should quickly coordinate against so that this can be an even 4 way draw and not an unnecessary 5 way.
