03 Nov 17 UTC Spring, 1994: Where's Turkey and Britain? The suspense is killing me waiting for this first turn to play out.
03 Nov 17 UTC Spring, 1994: Turkey is scared because its November and knows amerixa is coming for it.
03 Nov 17 UTC Spring, 1994: To think that was to be America's national bird...silly Yankees!
03 Nov 17 UTC Spring, 1994: Well...France...you choose a cock as your bird so...
03 Nov 17 UTC Spring, 1994: Damn straight! Cock-a-doodle-doo mother-f*****s!
03 Nov 17 UTC Spring, 1994: Bird jokes aside, has anyone heard from Turkey?
03 Nov 17 UTC Spring, 1994: I have not.
04 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 1994: Is Turkey not playing then?
05 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 1994: That seems likely. I know we're anonymous, but does anyone get the sense of who's missing?
05 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 1994: What happens in the event that Turkey is indeed absent?
05 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 1994: They'll get dropped and someone else should be able to join, otherwise they'll hold
06 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 1994: Can anyone help me interpret what happened in Switz and Ankara? Are those little explosions indicative of the attacked unit being destroyed? I thought they were just forced to retreat?
What happens now? do we build new units?
06 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 1994: Nvm I see now, France and Turkey decide where to place their retreats. So are we going to have to wait for a day until Turkey defaults their turn automatically?
06 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 1994: Yea, it sucks but until it drops the player we have to wait. I think after this phase it should drop them.

07 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 1994: ^ How the Frenchies feel right now ^
07 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 1994: Dirty backstabbing Frenchies.. get outta here!

^What Germany is worried about^
07 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 1994: No doubt! And don't worry Britain and Italy, the Godfather of (French) Soul (or is it sole?) has plenty more in store for you!!!
07 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 1994: Que demonios Britain?
07 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 1994: convoy, no apoyo. estúpido. Creí que eras mi amigo.
07 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 1994: Everyone knows that Brits don't learn foreign tongues!
08 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 1994: I'm so excited to see what Turkey does.
08 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 1994: Oh....
Nothing.
09 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 1994: Are we waiting on Russia and Egypt?
09 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 1994: The longer I wait the colder it gets...
15 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 1995: Just in case not everyone got the message, we are going to pause for about 2 weeks for the Holidays/travel/etc. We do need everyone to to click pause for the game to stop. When we come back weather will be colder and perfect for Russian victory.
15 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 1995: Poland, please push pause. Don't make me come down there.
15 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 1995: Haha...You already came down!
16 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 1995: I know we are pausing but I still check it like crack.
27 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 1995: Let's unpause, I don't think it will start until we are all unpaused so we might as well get this going.
27 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 1995: And I was enjoying my baguette break...
27 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 1995: Same. I feel emotionally unattached now, where I was emotionally invested and susceptible before.
30 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 1995: I'm feeling rejuvenated, but we'll see how long that lasts.
01 Dec 17 UTC Spring, 1996: I'm feeling rejuvenated, but we'll see how long that lasts.
02 Dec 17 UTC Spring, 1996: Did Italy even put in orders for the last phase?
02 Dec 17 UTC Spring, 1996: (Not that I'm complaining... ;)
03 Dec 17 UTC Spring, 1996: It looks like a lot of players didn't.
05 Dec 17 UTC Autumn, 1996: Anyone else up for a draw? We could start a new game and hopefully get 10 players this time.
05 Dec 17 UTC Autumn, 1996: I voted "draw" before it was cool B)
07 Dec 17 UTC Autumn, 1996: Why do we all want to draw?
07 Dec 17 UTC Autumn, 1996: I wanted to draw after the first turn because of how distorted the game is with Turkey dropped. I think the dropped orders from this last Spring made some other people want to drop.
07 Dec 17 UTC Autumn, 1996: I just wanted to be cool like Germany.
07 Dec 17 UTC Autumn, 1996: Shall we start a new game and let this one proceed as well?
08 Dec 17 UTC Autumn, 1996: My vote is draw this game and start a new one--c'est fini
08 Dec 17 UTC Autumn, 1996: I could be wrong but I don't think you can play more than one at a time unless you are a premium member.
09 Dec 17 UTC Autumn, 1996: You can play at least 2 games without a premium account, but I don't see what the angle is for keeping up with this game when most people are ready to be done.
09 Dec 17 UTC Spring, 1997: It seems like that we play through the early stage of a game and then just end it. We just started the mid game and want to call it quits. I understand the want to draw when on the downside, but that is why i say just start another game as well.
09 Dec 17 UTC Spring, 1997: If we start another game, I say we move back to 7 people maps as 10 seem hard to corral.
09 Dec 17 UTC Spring, 1997: I was up for a draw because it seems like the East is going to just steamroll at this point. Not having Turkey warped the board and it just seems inevitable. However, I respect the decision to continue. One of the great things about this game is that we can choose when to end it, but only if we all agree. That adds another layer of diplomacy to the game and that is what is intended. No one should feel bad about wanting to end the game or not wanting to end the game, that's the way it's supposed to be played.
