12 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 1994: Hello everyone. Best of luck across all fronts!
17 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 1995: Do not trust Italy, you wont live to regret it
17 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 1995: Lol don't trust anybody in this game.
17 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 1995: Everyone against Italy!!!
17 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 1995: Don't do this it makes Italy very happy.
17 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 1995: He enjoys 1 v 9.
17 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 1995: Wait how about everyone V Poland
17 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 1995: How about North Korea?
17 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 1995: France is everyone's friend!
17 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 1995: Poland is friend to all but the Bolsheviks
17 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 1995: We remember the Red days
17 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 1995: I mean I get that, but no hate for the Third Reich?
04 Oct 17 UTC Autumn, 1999: Dog pile on Turkey?
05 Oct 17 UTC Spring, 2000: hmm
05 Oct 17 UTC Spring, 2000: seems Turkey go solo
09 Oct 17 UTC Spring, 2001: Since there have been accusations of cheating that have been made publicly and affected the game, perhaps we should cancel, draw or at least extend?
09 Oct 17 UTC Spring, 2001: Those accusations have not influenced individual decisions of us to attack you. Your actions to give Turkey your regions and enormous space to expand on the contrary have, because we actually do want to stop him from obtaining a solo. The investigation into your practices is just an additional consequence of your actions.

Having said that, if the majority wants to cancel I'm fine with that.
09 Oct 17 UTC Spring, 2001: I suspect that France's attack on me was, at least in part, because he fell for the story about cheating. I fully support reporting cheating and it is something that I have done myself and if getting falsely accused is the price I have to pay for an honest site, that is fine.

Still, falsely accusing someone of cheating to gain an in game benefit is not an honorable practice. If there are suspicions of cheating, the correct practice is to report it and/or stop the game until it is figured out. If there is a suspicion of cheating strong enough to use for in game diplomacy, there is strong enough suspicion to stop or cancel a game.

I deserve a game where I don't lose based upon a false accusation and we all deserve a game without cheating.
09 Oct 17 UTC Spring, 2001: I agree with these points, but like I said: I don't believe any suspicions we have or had about you influenced our decision to attack you. Rather it were your actions; the fact you kept on helping Turkey getting SC's while at the same time stalling us, or turning us against each other. This simply backfired.

However, your decisions were so strange that we so decided to inform the mods. All three of us thought we should ask the mods to look into this. You just don't get that unless you make truly suspicious moves. No forcible convincing was necessary for that by any one of us to convince the others.

I'll leave it up to france and Germany and whether they believe our suspicions really did affect our decisionmaking.
09 Oct 17 UTC Spring, 2001: So I read, the stab from the west would still happen and continue despite Italy's honorable fine play? Perhaps the west can consider a retreat? Italy is a center power and I fully understand and agree with his diplomacy.
