20 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 2000: [Europe]:Hola a todos.

Good game!
20 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 2000: [Argentina]:Good luck everyone!
20 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 2000: [USA]:Yes, Good luck to you all!
22 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 2000: [Libya]:Welcome all. GLHF
26 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 2001: [Russia]:Hello new Russia!
02 Oct 17 UTC Spring, 2003: [Libya]:Be warned that the nation state of Egypt has begun development on a nuclear weapon. You may not harm our fearless leader
04 Oct 17 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Libya]:It's not too late for a draw, before the nuclear apocalypse
04 Oct 17 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Argentina]:Libya, there's a point where threats of destruction start to sound obnoxious.
05 Oct 17 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Russia]:Thats it I'm toast
05 Oct 17 UTC Autumn, 2003: [South-Africa]:Shout-out to FA for yielding with grace when RL meant he couldn't continue the game in the long term. To all the rest of you, rest assured that I expect nothing less than defiance to the end, and will salute you for it!
05 Oct 17 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Argentina]:Huh. So that's why he disbanded all of his armies/fleets in the South Pole area.
05 Oct 17 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Russia]:I will miss you all my friends! MAY RUSSIA LIVE ON IN YOUR HEARTS!
06 Oct 17 UTC Spring, 2004: [Kenya]:You'll probably live on in Kazakhstan for a while
18 Oct 17 UTC Autumn, 2006: [Europe]:Good game!!! See you in another life!!
06 Nov 17 UTC Spring, 2011: [Kenya]:New Kenya joining the game
11 Nov 17 UTC Spring, 2012: [Oz]:Well done, Big 3. How about calling it a draw now?

As it is the 204 pot points are already split among you (there are two extra points now due to rounding). If you get all the remaining centers some of you will gain, sure, but then at least one of you will lose some of your current pot points. Why not throw us a bone, as a thank you - if you will - for electing to take over civil disorders and encouraging good faith play in the future.
12 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 2012: [Oz]:Thanks India/Arg, it was worth a shot. Quebec may pick up an extra 5 pts if he snags 4 of the remaining 6 centers (if he grabs just 2 of 6 he actually loses a point), but his unwillingness to draw now suggests he's going to try to take even more centers than that ...
12 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 2012: [Quebec]:You may be correct, but not for that reason. Kenya in particular was a thorn in my side all game. I would not agree to a draw with the old Kenya still alive and I also see no reason to include some recent takeover player in a draw that they don't deserve.
15 Nov 17 UTC Spring, 2013: [Argentina]:I admit, the long, long unit lists take a while to get used to. And they don't autosort, too. (Unlike Modern Dip II, which sorts it fairly neatly)
22 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 2014: [Quebec]:What a strange turn this was:
After fighting so long, Kenya committed suicide instead of retreating to Iraq.
After having a "draw" vote up for so long, India cancelled it now that there are only 3 players.
22 Nov 17 UTC [India]:Good game everyone
22 Nov 17 UTC [Argentina]:Aye. See ya'll in another match perhaps.
23 Nov 17 UTC [Quebec]:It was fun. Thanks to Argentina for being a good ally from close to the start.
23 Nov 17 UTC [Argentina]:Eh, I decided it was in my best interest to have a close-er than usual ally. One that would also not be in an easy position to backstab me.
