14 Oct 17 UTC | Spring, 2007: Who's up for a 4 way draw once Texas is gone? |
14 Oct 17 UTC | Spring, 2007: Ok |
14 Oct 17 UTC | Autumn, 2007: I'm on board with that |
19 Oct 17 UTC | Autumn, 2008: Now we can draw but obviously since Quebec's going for the win we'll all have to team up on him to force the stalemate. Hopefully BC will join us in the fight against Quebec. |
19 Oct 17 UTC | Autumn, 2008: BC, I hope you choose to see the risks of letting Quebec run free. He is going for a solo, and if I am able to stalemate him with Mexico's help, he will turn on you next. |
19 Oct 17 UTC | Autumn, 2008: In the meantime, I have cast a draw vote. Quebec, if you wish to affirm that you don't want to solo, just click Draw and secure your position. |
19 Oct 17 UTC | Spring, 2009: I'm not trying to go for a solo, I'm trying to get one more player eliminated so that we could go for 3-way. There's not much for me to gain at the moment with SCs anyway so there's really no risks for BC, we have been allied for a long time and I don't intend to break that alliance. Besides, I already broke through in the Eastern Seas, weakening the overall hold and allowing BC to advance through Mexico |
19 Oct 17 UTC | Spring, 2009: That's a lie. Not only am I holding BC off there's no way your going for a three way draw. Who the hell are you eliminating? We all have 10+ SCs and are several years away from getting eliminated. Also if you eliminate one of us you'll only be a couple of SCs from winning the game, so why would you go for a three way draw when by eliminating one of us you would have almost won anyways. |
19 Oct 17 UTC | Spring, 2009: Well, I don't mind couple more years, I like to play this game and since it's much harder for me the get any SCs then BC will be as big as I am by the time one of us is eliminated - that will balance out the powers and I won't be able to go for solo anyway |
19 Oct 17 UTC | Spring, 2009: That's assuming BC gains all of Mexico and at the same time you gain no SCs. Load of crap if you ask me. Hopefully BC gets smart and realizes that he's next. |
24 Oct 17 UTC | Autumn, 2010: This is such a futile struggle. Mexico and BC are just about evenly matched while the Caribbean is simply too small for Quebec to squeeze enough fleets through. It will take a while for the situation to show any signs of changing (if it does at all). |
24 Oct 17 UTC | Autumn, 2010: Don't worry, it will change :) Besides, we are gaining SCs every year, weakening the hold |
24 Oct 17 UTC | Autumn, 2010: Hopefully BC will eventually realize that your the real enemy here. BC, Quebec only needs 12 more SCs to win and he could probably get half of them if he were to turn on you. |
24 Oct 17 UTC | Autumn, 2010: While I will fight like hell to defend the Caribbean, I cannot guarantee that it will hold forever. If my defense falls, Quebec could quickly stab you and solo the game. Your grueling war against Mexico is only putting us all at risk of a Quebecois victory. |

25 Oct 17 UTC | Autumn, 2010: BC! How could you let Quebec take Dallas? He's only 11 SCs away from winning and he can take several of those from you if he so chooses. |
25 Oct 17 UTC | Autumn, 2010: And he has broken through Peru's front lines. |
25 Oct 17 UTC | Autumn, 2010: We wouldn't have taken Dallas if Arkansas didn't move there and also, as I've said before, I'm not going to attack BC, I take much more enjoyment out of defeating Peru on the Caribbean and besides, I haven't played this map that much so it's good experience to figure out the best choke points and so on :) In another game I'm in a similar situation as Peru is so it really seems like the Florida area and the Caribbean is the main hotspot for fighting - at least on east coast anyway |
25 Oct 17 UTC | Autumn, 2010: You are either playing for a 3 way draw or a solo. The latter is significantly more likely because by the time were in position for a 3 way draw you would only need a couple of SCs to win. |
26 Oct 17 UTC | Spring, 2011: BC, it really looks like an attack on you is imminent... |
