16 Aug 17 UTC Spring, 2000: [Brazil]:OMG OMG OMG a world game I'm so psyched... Oh yeah, glhf all.
16 Aug 17 UTC Spring, 2000: [South-Africa]:haggeawdiyut
16 Aug 17 UTC Spring, 2000: [Frozen-Antarctica]:glhf
17 Aug 17 UTC Spring, 2000: [Kenya]:Good luck everyone!
18 Aug 17 UTC Spring, 2000: [Argentina]:glhf
25 Aug 17 UTC Autumn, 2000: [Quebec]:Come on guys, let's try and speed this up a bit :)
25 Aug 17 UTC Autumn, 2000: [China]:It's just the Near-East we're waiting on. Perhaps the European intervention in Syria is hitting him hard?
06 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 2001: [Europe]:RIP Near East
08 Sep 17 UTC Autumn, 2001: [Argentina]:RIP
27 Sep 17 UTC Spring, 2003: [Near-East]:Oops. this was a mistake
19 Oct 17 UTC Autumn, 2004: [Quebec]:lol nice job Europe. You're wasting your ship over here, you're just gonna lose Union to Canada next turn.
19 Oct 17 UTC Autumn, 2004: [Russia]:Could we pause this game please as I am going away for a week without internet
19 Oct 17 UTC Autumn, 2004: [Russia]:This is the last time you will hear from me before I leave, could we all vote pause please
20 Oct 17 UTC Autumn, 2004: [Quebec]:Guys, please vote pause, it's not fun when one nation is unable to play
21 Oct 17 UTC Autumn, 2004: [Argentina]:Russia vote pause yourself
21 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 2006: [Oz]:Hi guys, I have voted draw as this game is going nowhere fast. It looks like a stalemate line between north & south & with no one prepaired to change or even consider changing their alegences, I really cannot see any constructive reason to continue playing this bore draw scenario for any of us.
What are your views on this?
22 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 2006: [Argentina]:Voted draw too.
29 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 2007: [Argentina]:Who wants to draw? We don't get more for not drawing as its unrated.
29 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 2007: [Kenya]:I cast my vote
29 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 2007: [China]:Personally not interested in a draw yet, still a lot that can happen in this game.
30 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 2007: [Western-Canada]:Hahaha, I'm with China on this one. It's unranked; one only loses his pride in this game.
30 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 2007: [Russia]:I wouldn’t mind a draw and definitely not because I am losing
30 Nov 17 UTC Autumn, 2007: [Kenya]:I wouldn't lose my pride over a game, regardless of the outcome.
23 Dec 17 UTC Spring, 2010: [China]:Well that missed turn from WC probably represents the last chance of a meaningful break in this North-South divide. Thought this game had a chance to go somewhere, but a month later it doesn't look like it, happy to draw now tbh
24 Dec 17 UTC Spring, 2010: [Argentina]:@Oz and Kenya, please draw
24 Dec 17 UTC Spring, 2010: [Kenya]:I already told China about 15 turns ago that if he wants too draw, then was the time. I retracted my vote when it looked good for me, oz and argentina. You can't expect to draw things out and then decide to stop when you're losing.

Btw, I am very willing to include WC to the alliance. We can do a 4way draw after India and China are gone.
24 Dec 17 UTC Spring, 2010: [Kenya]:With that said, if a cease fire between oz, argentina and WC is possible, then we can achieve our draw much faster.
24 Dec 17 UTC Spring, 2010: [China]:Wow, check out Mr. 'too cool to lose his pride over a game' over here. Apparently things "look good" for you Oz and Argentina, so do tell, what part of WC landing his third army in South America and Oz landing his own army there is good for Argentina?

Also, WC expressed the same lack of desire for a draw at the time I did, yet you're very willing to include him in your 'alliance'. That doesn't seem to make much sense, does it buddy ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
24 Dec 17 UTC Spring, 2010: [Kenya]:If that was your attempt to persuade me to draw, then you're doing a horrible job. Nothing further top say to you.
12 Feb 18 UTC Spring, 2014: [Argentina]:gg
26 Mar 18 UTC Spring, 2018: [Kenya]:I may be mistaken, but I believe this is checkmate. If I'm right, then well played to you both in advance!
26 Mar 18 UTC [Oz]:I think you are correct in calling your win at this point.
I can't see how we can stop you getting the 44 supply centers required for declaring your victory.
Very well played throughout, I just could not get sufficient cover in time to block you from shuffling/circling your fleets around the coasts of Africa.
I could see what you were doing & I was desperately trying to cover up the gaps, but my thinking that 54 was the winning target meant I ran out of time.
Thanks to all who played in this game, for me it was a pleasure to have played in it & once again, Congratulation!!! to the player of Kenya.
27 Mar 18 UTC [Western-Canada]:gg all, even though I came in close to the end.
27 Mar 18 UTC [Kenya]:True, if you knew the winning condition was 44 sc's, then you would probably have sounded the alarms much sooner. The solo win was not something I had aimed for from the beginning. I was honest about wanting a 4-way alliance with whoever was capable and willing. It just so happened that I got turned down at every corner or that the insincerity of the partnership was obvious (AKA previous Western-Canada player). When I found myself so close to the solo win I got taken over by greed.

I'm mostly amazed the two of you managed to work this well together, because I remembered there was some discord between you two when I was still in your team.
27 Mar 18 UTC [Oz]:There is often a little discord between players when they are trying to test the other ones metal, for skill, ability & whether trust can be established.
We managed it quite well between us, after the initial face off.
But the important element of playing a game is that we all enjoy it & I think we all did.
It was a well thought out, skillfully played & deserved win.
27 Mar 18 UTC [Kenya]:Agreed, great game! :)
