27 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 1906: Also note that I hate continuing an official game when some jackass drops and abandons his team. My opposition is based more on the fate of his team and the fairness aspect than my own loss. Anyone who capitalizes on something like that to win is rather pathetic. I vote to cancel when folks drop out that early, in general. Have a good day.
31 Mar 10 UTC Spring, 1907: Good game, all. I'll see you on future battlefields.
31 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 1907: If we draw while Russia is in CD - I assume we don't need them to vote (and that they don't share in the draw). Can others confirm that?
31 Mar 10 UTC Autumn, 1907: I can confirm that beyond any doubt.
02 Apr 10 UTC Autumn, 1907: Well I see my chances of a win are practically gone - so as I promised both Germany and France I'll now say good game and vote for a draw as soon as England is eliminated.
02 Apr 10 UTC Autumn, 1907: Now, there would be a problem if StP disbanded instead of Barents Sea....
07 Apr 10 UTC Hey, I need a pause from Thursday to Monday; something unexpected came up with the family, and I will need to leave for a few days. I will be back Monday the 12th. Sorry for the short notice.

Thanks
07 Apr 10 UTC Paused as requested. While we might currently be opponents on the virtual battlefield - I hope everything is ok for your family in real life.
15 Apr 10 UTC Well, I propose we give France until next Monday. Otherwise, I'd vote for a draw and we move on to the next round.
15 Apr 10 UTC Sounds good to me, I think the tournament rules allow for a 7 day pause - so if we give till Monday that is quite a bit of extra time. Of course, the hi-tech Turkish stalemate operations team, including stealth camels and bond girl like belly dancers will be disappointed they are no longer needed :)
Should we be raising this with tournament organisers now or wait until Monday?
15 Apr 10 UTC I'm willing to wait until Monday. France may have had personal problems that extended his estimated pause time. I'm in no rush, just want to get it finished. I don't see any way to improve my position and the damn camels on the German border are starting to stink, even if I can't see 'em!
15 Apr 10 UTC Fair enough - happy to wait until Monday as well. Of course in the event of continuing, out of concern for the health of the Germany troops, the Turkish health department advises it would be prudent to vacate those regions of Germany most affected by the camel stench :)
15 Apr 10 UTC I don't think you want to see Germans on 'vacation', the beaches look like they're covered with albino walruses.
18 Apr 10 UTC I'm sorry guys. But it took quite a while longer than I imagined it would. Everything's fine now though, so that's good.
Thank you for your patience. I appreciate it. :)
18 Apr 10 UTC France, no problem. Please note that we both voted draw. Up to you now. Regards, Germany.
18 Apr 10 UTC No worries France. Good to hear everything has been resolved. I see you have not voted draw - so apologies Germany, but I am not going to make this easy.
18 Apr 10 UTC Oh. I did not see the votes for draw. Very well. It'll be nice to move on. Good luck in the next round, and thanks for the great game guys.
18 Apr 10 UTC Ah. Now we know who left....
18 Apr 10 UTC Good game all - particularly to my allies turned opponents in mdrltc and PeregrinTook - you certainly made it a challenging end-game :)
18 Apr 10 UTC GG Guys, see ya in the next round.
