I wanted to keep playing, but it seems like Quebec has voted for a draw. I guess we've got no choice but to do as he says. None of us could ever hope to match Quebec's massive military might. Even if every other player joined together, there is no way we could stop Quebec from getting what he wants. We all joined this ten player game to end up at a ten player stalemate anyway, right?
