14 May 17 UTC	I agree. I wasn't not happy about it, and I knew you would be to. I put my draw vote up in autumn 1905 for 2 reasons. 1) since we had a leaver so late in the game, I thought maybe we could draw and call it a day. 2) I thought YOU (France) were going to solo win, and was frustrated that the reason would be turkey leaving. If turkey hadn't left and was instead playing well, I was prepared to suicide as many of my centers to turkey as possible so that Turkey could build enough fleets to block France off from taking all of Italy. Eventually Italy and Austria put up draw votes, but France did not. After the spring 1907 moves were revealed, I took back my draw vote because I was pretty sure I would solo win and France gave up the chance at a 4-way draw. If you had outplayed me DJ you would have taken your solo win, and I know this cuz you didn't vote draw when you had the chance. So in my opinion, you gambled on a solo win for yourself instead of a 4-way draw and lost. I wasn't willing to vote draw after I put a huge amount of thought into the 1906 moves and spring 1907 in order to prevent you from getting a solo win.
14 May 17 UTC	I am trying my best to recruit players who won't leave in the middle of games. It'll take more time apparently. In the future if we get a leaver at the end of s game, I think it is fair for everyone to just vote draw and end the game rather than continue to play it out. But, it's a gunboat game and nobody has to vote draw if they don't want to, what I mean is that we should send messages to pressure everyone to draw just because there was a leaver. I'm just suggesting it as a courtesy.
14 May 17 UTC	Ya completely understandable, they put in a retreat order in 1906 so i thought they just missed that one round and would be still playing. Then when he again afked in 1906 autumn/spring i knew that would be an issue. Either way, I didn't play perfect in 1906-1907 that said in 1905 you shouldn't have been able to build a fleet in saint petersburg without the afk. But my thanks to Austria and Italy for hanging in there and keeping with the game.
14 May 17 UTC	Yes, it is what it is now. Good postmortem analysis. Our upcoming games have several new players, so maybe we'll get more games without any leavers. I think only 2/7 of our games have had no leavers.
