12 Mar 17 UTC Spring, 1: Three people are ready for their moves to commence. Are we playing this like a gunboat? Or are we going to have some discussions that could be productive. A global chat gives us the chance to speak openly and honestly. Or if we instead choose to speak with deception, there will be no doubt over it as we can merely check the chat.

Greece and Persia, I see no reason for us to be less than friends. Persia, especially, I see no instance in which we shall come into conflict in the near future, and I wish you the utmost luck. Greece, though we may in the future have a spat about whose sphere of influence the Ausonian Sea is in, that is no reason for us to fight. I wish you luck as well.

The two people I am eager to speak to instead are Rome and Egypt. My neighbors in the north and east respectively. Rome, let's discuss the disagreement I foresee between us. Naturally, Missile, Sicilia, Dal, and Vind are with your sphere of influence. Greece may disagree, and that's his prerogative, but that's beyond our discussion. My sphere of influence contains Baleares, Sagnuntum, Numidia, and Leptis (Egypt, I will get to that in a minute when I discuss our relations). The snag between us shall come with Sar. We are both equally close to it, and it serves as a launching point for other attacks if we ever come to blows. Here is what I propose. We do not disagree over the ownership of it now. For now, we both agree not to take Sar this first year, and when one of us does, we place an army there, in order to prevent it from being a support system for a naval attack into either Tyrrhenian Sea or the Punic Sea, which I think both of us would consider acts of war. What says you?

Egypt, my fellow African brethren. I wish nothing more than for us to be friends. As I discussed my spheres of influence above with Rome, you know what I consider to be my territories. I consider your sphere to be Cyrene, Petra, and Jerusalem. Persia may disagree, but I think you'll have multiple disagreements with many people as Cyprus and Crete fall into the same category as Sar does with me and Rome. Those territories are to be decided by the three of you. There are 34 Supply Centers on the board. 15 of them are occupied by the 5 of us, 3 a piece. That means that 4 of us can get to 7 centers and 1 of us can get to 6 centers without conflict [(4 x 7) + 6 = 34]. Why fight over Leptis. Especially this first turn when we can each get to 6 Supply Centers a piece. I can not get there without Leptis, though. You can. What says you?
12 Mar 17 UTC Spring, 1: Thank you for such an insightful message, Carthage. I look forward to cooperating with you in the near future.
I'm fine with you taking Leptis, but there is one slight concern.
You said you consider Jerusalem to be in my sphere of influence, but does Persia hold the same opinion? For this to work out, I'll need Persia to allow me to enter Petra and Jerusalem without any conflict. What do you think Persia? Of course Tyre is rightfully yours, and you can also expand up north to Sinope and Chersonesus. Plus, Cyprus is yours without conflict. This way I will get three extra supply centres and you will get four. What do you think? We need to communicate in order for our mutual interests to be met
13 Mar 17 UTC Autumn, 1: As well as my plan has worked up to this point, I've voted cancel. Greece and Persia missing the fall of year 1 ruins the game in my opinion.
14 Mar 17 UTC Autumn, 2: this is going to take forever
14 Mar 17 UTC Autumn, 2: People do have to sleep you know...
14 Mar 17 UTC Autumn, 2: I again voice that this game is awful due to the former Persia and the Greek non moves
14 Mar 17 UTC Autumn, 2: Also, Egypt, My move to Phazania was not meant to be hostile. Just making sure I can protect Leptis
14 Mar 17 UTC Autumn, 2: Of course, same for myself
15 Mar 17 UTC Autumn, 2: well i say we make this game snappy
17 Mar 17 UTC Autumn, 3: Hello
17 Mar 17 UTC Autumn, 3: I have taken over Persia as the other person resigned
22 Mar 17 UTC Spring, 5: Rome, we may have to set aside our differences.
22 Mar 17 UTC Spring, 5: What? I'm just making space.
22 Mar 17 UTC Spring, 5: Can you make space somewhere else
23 Mar 17 UTC Autumn, 5: How does greece still have a player? Does he just look at the game and make sure his units are all holding every turn >:(
23 Mar 17 UTC Autumn, 5: What do you mean?
23 Mar 17 UTC Autumn, 5: I'm stuck makin moves
23 Mar 17 UTC Autumn, 5: "Still"
23 Mar 17 UTC Autumn, 5: You're good. I just wish Greece had played during this game. It has put me at an incredible disadvantage compared to Egypt and Rome being able to just pick off territories without competition. I actually didn't see he moved to Messenian Sea. I guess he is somewhere.
23 Mar 17 UTC Autumn, 5: Lol yea thought I was greece
