Spring, 1904: (the first two and the final messages from England, the third one from me)
Spring, 1904: Attempting to wash dirty laundry in public and trying to damage my reputation is a kind of behavior that I find unacceptable for someone in your high position, Mr. President.
Autumn, 1905: Good move to Norway too bad you didn't go for the Portugal to mao, you could have kept one more sc
Autumn, 1905: OK now I need to prepare for the AH onslaught
Autumn, 1906: I lost Brest and I'm not sure I can recover it... :/
Autumn, 1906: Italy, be gentle.
Autumn, 1906: by the way, Russia went missing before retreating to St. Petersburg and now it is free to Austria.
Autumn, 1906: This game had 3 german players, 2 french ones and a missing Russia. It created a big balance change. I think this game should be drawn or cancelled. I'm casting my vote.
Autumn, 1906: you benefitted the most from these things - you are the only one who borders all three of those countries. im open to considering a draw in a few turns, but i think the reason you are losing territory now is that you tried to solo too early. also i think its interesting how Austria and England have gotten so big and me and Germany are in the middle (France is in the middle of me), and I am curious to see how this turns out. besides, i think we have permanent players now
Autumn, 1906: Let me say that I do disagree. Whereas that may be true if you are a inland country, for England it is necessary a stable ally in mainland. England may be able to capture coastal provinces, but it needs help to go further. You can't forget that England is the only country that needs two units (army + fleet for convoy) just to put a single army in the continent. Then, in order to capture a occupied SC, you need support moves. For England that's out of the question. A France's support to Germany or a German's support to France is always required. You and Austria played that very well against turkey. Almost every capture you guys made there was a cross-country support move. |
|
Autumn, 1906: And as you say, we now appear to have permanent players, the unbalanced was already created. Italy-Austrian alliance will have more than half of the map's SC by the end of the year.
Spring, 1907: I'd like to proclaim that the Republic of France will be renamed as the Republic of Spain!
Spring, 1907: Viva Espana!
Autumn, 1907: Lol XD | |
Autumn, 1907: No!!! Spain!!! How could you?
Autumn, 1907: I know it made me so sad!! but you made me do it; I can't lose too many units or we will all fall to your selfish attempt at world domination !
Autumn, 1907: (for the record, I told France I was doing it so it wasnt really a betrayal)
Autumn, 1907: Yea I was in on it XD lol
Autumn, 1907: I've put up my draw vote. After the build phase I hope you all do the same.
Autumn, 1908: I'm moving Paris to pic
Autumn, 1908: I'm moving Paris to pic
Autumn, 1908: (sorry, double post)
Autumn, 1908: lol this is the global chat. but thank you!
Autumn, 1908: Ahah, on the smartphone is easy to make this mistake. Well, now the movement is public.
Autumn, 1908: Oh man. I better do whatever I can to stop it.
Autumn, 1908: haha | |
Spring, 1909: Alright guys, you've stopped me. I'll take a draw.
Autumn, 1909: A draw? | |
Autumn, 1909: Nice try enemy of the peace. If europe goes to war again, the blame is on you.
Autumn, 1909: lol Europe's been at war since 1901...
Autumn, 1909: but yeah you should really reconsider that Germany
Autumn, 1909: True, but it was converging for a peace period.
Spring, 1910: All, I have been lobbying for a draw since I took over. AH was the immediate threat and I helped Eng and ITaly contain AH. Now AH is no longer a threat. All else is fluff and stuff.
Spring, 1910: I wanted to see what would happen. I've seen it. Nothing much is going to happen after this. Let's draw.
Spring, 1910: Folks it's a game. You can't take things personally as back stabbing is a feature not a big of this game.
Spring, 1910: I haven't taken anything personally... the reason I don't want to draw now is because I think I can take over AH
Spring, 1910: also I don't think it is true that nothing much is going to happen after this.
Spring, 1910: I don't see how you can take any more than Trieste....
Spring, 1910: Crap | |
Autumn, 1910: Go Italy!
Autumn, 1910: How many turns do you think it will take England to wipe me off the map? Nice transport to Belgium by the way.
Autumn, 1910: At least a few, I would say. You have a decent vector of attack.
Autumn, 1910: Nice moves AH and England. I'm in a pickle.
Autumn, 1911: Nice defence Germany.
Spring, 1912: not just a pretty face :)
Autumn, 1913: Alright as soon as Germany officially dies l'm voting for a draw.
Autumn, 1913: Germany fought bravely. Kudos to him. I will also vote draw afterwards.
Autumn, 1913: Good game all
