23 Nov 16 UTC Spring, 1901: It appears we have a high caliber set of players here.
23 Nov 16 UTC Spring, 1901: You just haven't seen me play yet.
23 Nov 16 UTC Spring, 1901: that got a wry chuckle out of me
26 Nov 16 UTC Autumn, 1901: Why is this game number 9?
26 Nov 16 UTC Autumn, 1901: I name my games after chapters in Lord of the Rings.
26 Nov 16 UTC Autumn, 1901: Love it.
28 Nov 16 UTC Spring, 1902: Honestly, that was the reason I agreed to join!
28 Nov 16 UTC Spring, 1902: Me too
28 Nov 16 UTC Spring, 1902: Glad to have so many Lotr fans!
28 Nov 16 UTC Spring, 1902: Just re-read the books this summer.
08 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 1904: Hey, Tom and Swordsman, are you guys buddies from previous games?
08 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 1904: No. This is the first time we've played together.
08 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 1904: First game ever played with this fella :) as far as I know
08 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 1904: Obviously we are psychically linked cuz we sent the message at the exact same time stamp..... 0.0
08 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 1904: A multi accounter if ever I saw one, and too daft not to send messages within the same minute. Just kidding! Play on, my mates.
08 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 1904: I hate pink and blue, lol!
11 Dec 16 UTC Autumn, 1904: Hey France, you sure like taking dots, doncha?
12 Dec 16 UTC Autumn, 1904: Is it weird that when I read that I immediately thought of the Pussycat Dolls song "Don't Cha"?
12 Dec 16 UTC Autumn, 1904: Don't cha wish your ally was hot like me?
Don't cha..
Don't cha...
12 Dec 16 UTC Autumn, 1904: Is it weird that that then segways into the "somebody told me that you had a boyfriend " segment from one of weird al's polka mixes?
12 Dec 16 UTC Autumn, 1904: Man I am truly among the right people, I also thought of the weird al polka mix
12 Dec 16 UTC Autumn, 1904: Sorry but I made a pact with the devil
12 Dec 16 UTC Autumn, 1904: It was so beautiful. Five nations working together to defeat the great EF beast. Far too beautiful to live.
13 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 1905: Next time timdamage tells me to wipe out sweetwatersam as quick as possible because he is a devious and deadly experienced player, I will listen. Can we get a redo?
13 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 1905: I would play again when this one come to an end
13 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 1905: Indeed too beautiful to live.
13 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 1905: It wasn't my fault! I was on medication provided by Swordsman and hallucinated.
13 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 1905: I'm down for a second game. This has been fun.
13 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 1905: I guess we'll find out what chapter 10 was titled in lord of the rings
13 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 1905: Haha. That you will. I guess if I keep playing for the next 60 years I'll eventually create enough games to get through all the chapters.
13 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 1905: It's "Strider". Kind of boring. Chapter 11 "A Knife in the Dark" would be much better.
13 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 1905: Luckily for you I'm currently in 10. Strider. So the next would be chapter 11....
14 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 1905: Repeat game might have to be anon. Is that an issue? I get hammered most of the time in name games.
14 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 1905: I think in any repeat game, anon is best.
14 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 1905: I'll defer to the wisdom of that, but I used to play this game with the exact same 7 friends all the time face-to-face :) we didn't have any "anon"
14 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 1905: I agree. I play non-anon more than most on the site and find it tends to be a much warmer, often more fun game. But that being said, I think anon definitely has its advantages in making sure personal bias doesn't happen in back to back games. And I think people are a bit more aggressive in anonymous games which can be a good change of pace.
14 Dec 16 UTC Autumn, 1905: If I have the points to join I'll happily play. I prefer non-anon, but either way is fine.
14 Dec 16 UTC Autumn, 1905: Yeah. I was talking to ENG about a current game I'm in that is anonymous and has gotten pretty nasty. I feel like stuff like that doesn't happen in games where you can see the players.
18 Dec 16 UTC Autumn, 1906: Good game everyone, nice playing with you all.
18 Dec 16 UTC Autumn, 1906: Good game folks. I learned a lot this game.
18 Dec 16 UTC Autumn, 1906: Swordsman, you could easily have taken Warsaw from me with out all the deception. Why take the time to jerk me around?
19 Dec 16 UTC At the time, I was hedging my bets. If I needed to attack France, I would have used your help.
19 Dec 16 UTC Good game guys. Too bad everyone hated me this game!
19 Dec 16 UTC I have my draw vote in.
19 Dec 16 UTC Enjoy the holidays everyone.
19 Dec 16 UTC Merry Christmas.
No one hates you erik8, we just want your dots.
19 Dec 16 UTC They are the best dots- I understand.
19 Dec 16 UTC Good game all. It was fun. Glad to meet some new players. Have a good time over the Holidays and I'm sure we'll meet again down the road!
19 Dec 16 UTC Merry Christmas to all and Best Wishes for a very successful 2017
