13 Nov 16 UTC | Autumn, 1994: Well Poland is gone I suppose |
13 Nov 16 UTC | Autumn, 1994: What makes you think that? That might've just missed one turn |
13 Nov 16 UTC | Autumn, 1994: they* |
13 Nov 16 UTC | Autumn, 1994: Sorry guys... |
17 Nov 16 UTC | Autumn, 1995: Now Spain is gone, or at least about to miss their turn in 23 mins from now... Fuck me |
17 Nov 16 UTC | Autumn, 1995: My bad, different game. Spain has missed a lot of time though |
28 Nov 16 UTC | Spring, 1998: Poland, you are literally the biggest ass wipe I've ever had to deal with in this game. You're delaying the inevitable and being a sore loser |
28 Nov 16 UTC | Spring, 1998: I'm sorry, where does it say I'm supposed to role over and die? |
28 Nov 16 UTC | Spring, 1998: Foresight does, because you've already lost this fight. I'll get the diapers for you |
29 Nov 16 UTC | Autumn, 1998: I'm not going to give up until I am dead. |
29 Nov 16 UTC | Autumn, 1998: Then I'll laugh in your face when you die |
29 Nov 16 UTC | Autumn, 1998: dear lord people, how do you miss turns? It doesn't take that long to submit moves... |
29 Nov 16 UTC | Autumn, 1998: First of all, yes it does, secondly some people do have a life : ) |
29 Nov 16 UTC | Autumn, 1998: don't see how it takes that long, it takes me 5 mins average, 10 mins max and I've done pretty well. Also very predictable and tired out to say 'some people have a life,' didn't realise I apparently didn't? I have a job, social life etc. to, I didn't realise you were so busy in your life not to be able to at least submit something within 5-10mins |
29 Nov 16 UTC | Autumn, 1998: I agree with you Russia but sometimes you don't have time no matter what. Even if it takes 5 min you still could be busy or even forget |
29 Nov 16 UTC | Autumn, 1998: maybe just write it down or have it in your bookmarks? Even so, it's annoying and can screw up the entire game. Spain already pissed off for example |
30 Nov 16 UTC | Spring, 1999: So imagine that - it is not the only game I'm playing. And before you go all "Well, you shouldn't play so many games if you have a tight schedule", - first of all, sometimes my schedule is quite loose and I start a couple of games, other times my schedule is extremely tight and I barely find 3 minutes, let alone about 20 to take care of all the games. I would be glad to choose games with longer phases but there is not much choice around here these days and beggars don't get to be choosers. - secondly, and much more importantly: you know what I find extremely, and I mean *EXTREMELY* annoying? Little crybabies who whine every single time someone NMRs. Guess what, I can order my units to hold from now on till the end of the game and there is nothing wrong with it. I submit my orders for my own benefit, not you amusement. I mean ffs, this is internet - you want everything to be perfect get some people to play face to face. Honestly, I kinda get why people go ape-shit crazy over CDs in gunboats, but imo you just need to adjust your strategy accordingly which is even easier in full press. And lastly, complaining about me not submitting orders when you give Poland hard time for what? For trying to stay alive? Is he not supposed to input orders? Do you get to choose who remains in the game and who doesn't? You want the game to be better? How about I'll try to input my orders on time, but you try to quit being a whinny bitch? : ) |
30 Nov 16 UTC | Spring, 1999: oh shit keyboard war bout to go down |
30 Nov 16 UTC | Spring, 1999: It's spelled "whiny" or "whiney", but not "whinny". Now give me some love! |
30 Nov 16 UTC | Spring, 1999: Oh yeah, apparently it is... Though "whinny" seems to be an option as well, weird. Damn, typo in the insult is the worst : < |
