19 Nov 16 UTC congratulations tantrum, Sorry Rome because I made a couple of silly mistakes, like supporting greece into thebes instead of my army in thebes into memphis, that cost us at least the draw,
19 Nov 16 UTC It was a fun scramble at the end, but the mistakes in Egypt probably did make the difference in the end. Egypt was unable to build due to the home centres being occupied, which meant I could focus on Rome. Thanks all for the game!
19 Nov 16 UTC Yeah, good game all. And, no worries Egypt. However, I think the crucial mistake was in not taking Cirta back in Autumn of 4. I was counting on that because it would mean Carthage was out and I could turn to fight Greece. Instead, you and I both lost out on builds (because Cirta was supporting Carthage s.c.), and I had to keep several more units over there another year to prevent Carthage's fleet from escaping indefinitely. After that, I never really had a chance to get into position against Greece.
