Game drawn
08 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 2011: [USA]:I voted drsw
08 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 2011: [Oz]:I'm sorry or you kill me or India I'll not vote draw. Or if someone makes negative the point of india. He or she was not respecting pacts.. so now I want something back
08 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 2011: [India]:Well, the obvious decision is kill Oz. He'll go easily, and I'm going to take a while to kill.
08 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 2011: [Europe]:Oz - you're in no position to bargain. If you don't want a draw, I'm sure Argentina will be happy to eliminate your ability to even cast a vote. Argentina may do this anyway even if you want a draw, but will certainly do it if you don't.
08 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 2011: [Argentina]:I also voted draw
08 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 2011: [Western-Canada]:I voted draw. So that's everyone besides Oz and PRus?
08 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 2011: [Europe]:Not sure about India either, but the longer people wait, the bigger the big players will get and the smaller (or non-existent) the littler players will get. Libya, Argentina, and I are all pretty generous to put in draw votes so that others can leave with at least a few points and a "draw" instead of a "defeat." But if other players would prefer to shrink or disappear, that's their choice.
08 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 2011: [USA]:I would like to not disappear....
08 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 2011: [Europe]:Maybe Oz will come around now that he sees his territory shrinking as well.
08 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 2011: [India]:My vote's in
08 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 2011: [Europe]:I'm gathering USA is not happy having shrunk nearly to it's 13 original colonies roots - it's like time playing backwards to the days when European powers controlled North America.
09 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 2011: [Western-Canada]:Only if there's turkey!
11 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 2012: [India]:So just Oz not in the draw?
11 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 2012: [Europe]:Think so, but who really knows since the votes are hidden.
11 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 2012: [India]:Yeah, that's really annoying. I wish it would give a vote count at least.
11 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 2012: [Oz]:Despite of what you think I've voted draw. Someone is not doing clear operation.
11 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 2012: [Western-Canada]:Well, someone's lying. To the Batmobile?
11 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 2012: [Europe]:Great - guess someone wants more. Sigh. I definitely voted draw - I'm the one who suggested it from the start. Maybe Argentina or Libya took off their votes while looking to grab a little more first.
11 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 2012: [India]:I suspect Libya, but I'm biased.
12 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 2012: [Libya]:If it was not hidden you would see that I have drawn.
12 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 2012: [Western-Canada]:Maybe if everyone cancels the vote and recast it? It could just be an error.
12 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 2012: [Europe]:No - I'm sure someone has not voted draw - I doubt it's a mistake.
12 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 2012: [Europe]:And I'm sorry for USA and WC, but you two are about to be casualties of that.
12 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 2012: [Europe]:Probably Oz too. My guess is Argentina wants to pick up the USA SCs and two Oz ones and then draw.
12 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 2012: [Europe]:His choice - I can see why he would do it.
12 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 2012: [USA]:Damn...
12 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 2012: [Argentina]:I'm happy to get more scs of course. But nevertheless I voted draw already.
12 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 2012: [Europe]:Huh - well. I guess someone's lying. Oh well - not a big deal for me.
12 Dec 16 UTC Autumn, 2012: [India]:Hm. I sort of suspect Europe, because he is the closest to solo and stands to gain a lot of SC's in the years to come.
13 Dec 16 UTC Autumn, 2012: [Europe]:I agree I have the most to gain. I also know I voted Draw first and haven't changed it since, and I have no plans to solo. I even suggested the draw vote or we wouldn't even be in this discussion. The real holdout knows who he/she is. Maybe that person is just waiting for WC, USA, and Oz to be eliminated, although that hardly seems worth it in sum-of-squares. Or maybe they want to take out the 4th biggest player...there are some points there.
13 Dec 16 UTC Autumn, 2012: [Western-Canada]:I think it's either Argentina waiting to take out US and Oz (and possibly me), or Libya going Oz, and India if he gets greedy.
13 Dec 16 UTC Autumn, 2012: [Europe]:I'm tempted to keep WC and USA alive just to make a point of it.
13 Dec 16 UTC Autumn, 2012: [USA]:^ I would like that
14 Dec 16 UTC Autumn, 2012: [Western-Canada]:Points are great. You should do that.

On another note, that cross map fleet support.
16 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 2013: [Libya]:Urgh. Moved house today just got the internet going and i missed the turn by 10 mins
16 Dec 16 UTC Spring, 2013: [Europe]:Ouch - was wondering about that.
18 Dec 16 UTC [Western-Canada]:Guys... guys... c'mon... Europe is the only one getting anything at this point.
18 Dec 16 UTC [Europe]:Well Argentina has been making some small gains as well, but mostly me. So quite frankly it's baffling whoever the draw holdout is unless it is Argentina. I thought maybe it could be WC, USA, or Oz just trying to stir up trouble, but that possibility is about to disappear. I doubt it's India because he's just losing points every round there is no draw. And I believe Libya when he says he voted draw, particularly since his points have gone down as well.
So I guess Argentina is playing a little game here - sad. I would have been happy to hold a line with him before he decided to attack me unprovoked in the Spring of 2013 - another baffling move.
18 Dec 16 UTC [Western-Canada]:I survived! Where's Sia?
18 Dec 16 UTC [Europe]:lol - WC surviving. Were you the draw-holdout WC trying to cause trouble? Must have been you, because anyone else would have waited until after the build phase when you were eliminated before drawing. Only you would care about drawing now. Glad I knocked you out and forced the issue then. Apologies to others who I thought were being difficult about the draw.

Great game Libya. Well played India too. Solid moves Argentina, but not so happy about that needless move you made in the end.
18 Dec 16 UTC [Europe]:There's also the fact that WC was the only one active in the game when "suddenly" we all drew - bit of a giveaway there WC - you're revealed.
18 Dec 16 UTC [Argentina]:My apologies to Europe, I thought you were the one, but to draw right now would not make any sense for you.
18 Dec 16 UTC [Europe]:And my apologies to you Argentina. WC had some fun making us suspect each other, the twerp. I should have removed by Draw vote for the final turn when he was about to be eliminated just in case of that and put it back on after he was gone. Oh well - next time.
18 Dec 16 UTC [India]:GG everyone.
18 Dec 16 UTC [Libya]:Finally, GG everyone. That sudden draw when Oz, Western Canada and USA are defeated.
18 Dec 16 UTC [Western-Canada]:Wait what? I was stalling all my moves so that whoever it was would draw. I had nothing to gain.
18 Dec 16 UTC [Western-Canada]:I had a draw vote back when Brazil was alive
18 Dec 16 UTC [Western-Canada]:Could Oz or US being eliminated make the vote pass?
19 Dec 16 UTC [Europe]:Yeah - I suppose it could have been one of them too - if so, they were foolish for doing so - got a defeat instead of a draw.
19 Dec 16 UTC [USA]:I drew
