08 Sep 16 UTC Autumn, 2001: [USA]:We have our First victim.
Libya and Europe will fall soon
08 Sep 16 UTC Autumn, 2001: [Quebec]:Missing that turn really f'd me over :)
17 Sep 16 UTC Autumn, 2003: [India]:I could really use some Jeff Williams.

"Now your smiles have turned to tears, and it's pretty God damn clear, that you know you can't trust anyone now"
18 Sep 16 UTC Autumn, 2003: [India]:No, but seriously. What do the four countries do after they murder me? China's already surrounded. NE can't even get to me anymore. We can both tell you that PR is perfectly find with backstabbing people, and Oz doesn't have the decency to not make up reasons why he had to betray you. Of course, China could easily take a few of PRs points while he's busy with Rus, and If FA stops fighting Ghana (which would be stupid since Ghana is winning and they're likely to take advantage of that), he could probably take out Oz easily. So do you guys realize that you just opened yourselves up to a lot of backstabbing by ganging up on a country with 5 supply centers? Logically, that was one of the worst decisions I have seen, ever. Of all time Especially since with the number of people you have, you STILL haven't gotten me less than 3. GG Rus, Ghana and WC.
19 Sep 16 UTC Spring, 2004: [Near-East]:I mean, I'm stuck between two of the three most powerful countries on the map, that seemed like the only way I could possibly go. But it didn't work so you'll probably live longer than me anyway
27 Sep 16 UTC Spring, 2006: [Kenya]:I think we are reaching a good time to draw the game, perhaps in a few turns
what do you think?
30 Sep 16 UTC Autumn, 2006: [Kenya]:nobody has anything to say about a draw?
30 Sep 16 UTC Autumn, 2006: [Brazil]:fine by me
30 Sep 16 UTC Autumn, 2006: [Western-Canada]:no draws yet
30 Sep 16 UTC Autumn, 2006: [Frozen-Antarctica]:Few more turns.
03 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2007: [Kenya]:and now?
03 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2007: [Western-Canada]:Kill at least Russia first
03 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2007: [Russia]::(
03 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2007: [Russia]:I think you guys should duke it out. Where's the fun in a 6-way draw? It's like kissing your cousin. Sure, you finally got to first base, but does anyone REALLY win in that scenario?
04 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2007: [Near-East]:Seconded. Motion passed.
04 Oct 16 UTC Autumn, 2007: [Western-Canada]:TRIGGERED
04 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 2008: [Russia]:I do not think that means what you think it means.
05 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 2008: [India]:Murder them all...
05 Oct 16 UTC Spring, 2008: [China]:You mad bro?
07 Oct 16 UTC [Oz]:We've now eliminated smaller powers hanging on. People have floated the draw suggestion in the past. To me, this is the first point at which it is a reasonable thing to consider. I'm not even particularly advocating it, but I'm open if it is the group consensus.
07 Oct 16 UTC [Western-Canada]:I am open as well. It seems there are now three two person alliance that are easily beaten even by 4 players
07 Oct 16 UTC [Pacific-Russia]:If it's the group consensus, I'll follow suit as well.
07 Oct 16 UTC [Frozen-Antarctica]:A draw works for me.
08 Oct 16 UTC [Oz]:Between those who have commented here and those who have actually voted, Ghana is the only holdout.
08 Oct 16 UTC [Ghana]:I voted draw as well.
08 Oct 16 UTC [Oz]:That just leaves WC, who said he was in for a draw above. I think that's it. Good game, all!
08 Oct 16 UTC [Frozen-Antarctica]:Good game. It would be fun to speculate who would have won if we fought it out.
08 Oct 16 UTC [Pacific-Russia]:good game all
08 Oct 16 UTC [Pacific-Russia]:My thoughts on if it went down to a solo victory:

I'd bet on Ghana. We probably would've aligned against WC, leaving him with the most SCs. Out of the two-way alliances, FA and WC were further apart, so it would have been less defensible from a four-way flank. After which, Kenya, Oz, and FA wouldn't have grown as much during the conflict as Ghana and PR. That combined with my land borders not being as strong as his, would've left me in a worse spot.

However, we would have likely seen this, so that could've led to 3 vs 2 against Ghana, as I'm doubtful Kenya would stab him. I feel like a FA/PR/Oz alliance might've been rocky given the attack on WC and FA might've been significantly weakened during that time. This speculation is all moot however if WC/FA team with Ghana/Kenya against PR/Oz, though that seems less likely given the current board state.
08 Oct 16 UTC [Western-Canada]:Honestly why I voted for a draw^
08 Oct 16 UTC [Ghana]:I think there would have been no Solo. The next victim would have been Frozen but then it would have been equalized.
08 Oct 16 UTC [China]:Congrats to the winners!
