21 May 16 UTC well done, england
21 May 16 UTC GG all.
21 May 16 UTC Good game!
21 May 16 UTC I have to ask Germany -- Why the fascination with bouncing Russia in Sweden? By making an unnecessary enemy in the east, you are making it harder to deal with the west - especially England.
21 May 16 UTC In 1901.
21 May 16 UTC I thought Russia was going to get Rumania.
21 May 16 UTC Nicely done England. Should have been me but I made a mistake or two. I can't believe Italy never supported Tyr-W Med, that would have insured the draw at least. My other error happened at St Pete, instead of focusing on eliminating Russia, I feared the English army coming over that turn so I went for the bounce. When I ended up in Norway it slowed my advance down too much.
21 May 16 UTC Congratulations Nikola.
26 May 16 UTC Looking back on this it looks like the solo was assured in spring 1910 when Turkey moved to Finland (no possible gain and guaranteed eventual elimination) and Italy failed to block England from occupying Tuscany. That may just have hurried things along though since Tunis was destined to fall in 1911 anyway and England was setting up a 4-on-3 in the north for 1912. Good game by Nic to get into position.
27 May 16 UTC The move to Fin is irrelevant. StP is always English no matter what Turkey does.
As always race to Germany and Iberia/Tunis decides the game. England was faster to both and win.
27 May 16 UTC Yes I couldn't hold St Pete. After I moved to Norway (attempting to bounce) it was over in the north as I was too slow to eliminated Russia and move on. Italy's failure to support me to W Med was the final nail though, I could have gotten other fleets over in time to protect Italy's centers then and stopped him at 17.
03 Jun 16 UTC Guys, are you up for a new one?
04 Jun 16 UTC one last comment: fuck off, turkey
04 Jun 16 UTC Fair enough.
