02 May 16 UTC many thanks for the game, I only just did that. well played all, especially Russia and France, you really made me work for it.

02 May 16 UTC How hard did you have to work with England and Germany having multiple NMRs and both actively helping you whenever they woke up? England was a complete idiot and there is no excuse for not drawing or canceling with Germany's no-show.

Not at all "well played".
02 May 16 UTC Germany's last move to Kiel when we had a stalemate line set up was a new low point for dumb moves.
02 May 16 UTC Good job Italy. And thanks for going for the stalemate line France, it's a shame we couldn't get England to help go for the draw. I made my share of mistakes, but it was a good game.
02 May 16 UTC My bad. I have extremely limited gunboat experience and took over in this game without realizing that setting. I'm not good at figuring out the implicit activities of a group. I would have worked on that with a clearer idea of what was being attempted. Mea Culpa.
02 May 16 UTC It really is not "gunboat" that is the problem. Everyone had quit attacking you and you still kept helping Italy to #18.
02 May 16 UTC Yeah, I admit that I played badly.
02 May 16 UTC Yoak, dont be too hard on yourself, its a complex game and it takes a while to learn the rules, if anything you should be thanked for taking over a country that had gone into civil disorder.

As for you France, remember the game is called diplomacy - you might want to consider what that word means before posting any more offensive comments.
03 May 16 UTC And as for Italy, you might want to remember that when two countries drop out of the game and have multiple NMRs, it is not much of a victory to push through to a solo.
