18 Apr 16 UTC Good game guys. This one was exceptionally fun to play.
18 Apr 16 UTC gg all. great set of games. though i was going to get squeezed in this one. luckily pj was pulled south just in time.
18 Apr 16 UTC Good game. If only I had made it to Syria, I could have been in all four corners at once.

(Also, unlike everybody else it would seem, I don't hate Russia.)
18 Apr 16 UTC Maybe - but I hate Italy!
18 Apr 16 UTC Dammit!!! I was just debating whether I could turn around and try and squeeze you out Trip!

Well played all, this one was certainly an interesting one
18 Apr 16 UTC @pj: I was just about to move back to the EC and Mun exactly because of that possibility.

@ Zy: it's easy to like Russia when Turkey doesn't open to Arm and Germany and Austria let you into Swe and Gal respectively. That never happens for me.
18 Apr 16 UTC I still do not understand why so many Germany players block Sweden "just because they can". It is rarely in Germany's best interest to see Russia collapse early and either Austria or Turkey start moving northwest with 12+ centers.
18 Apr 16 UTC Of course, Austria was not much of a threat in this one. :-)
18 Apr 16 UTC @ Trip - yeah I kind of expected that, but I was reasonably confident I could hold you off. A lot would have depended upon what Zybodia did or didn't do.

It was a really fluid game, nothing on stalemate lines at all
18 Apr 16 UTC I got nervous in Spring of '02 when Italy moved to TRO/VEN and the result was letting Turkey into SER. The collapse that followed might have been averted by a better (or at least luckier) player than I, but seth (in particular) just outmaneuvered me. GG to the rest of you who stopped the solo.
18 Apr 16 UTC If France had moved on Germany, I would have joined in, but I didn't want to start anything myself and hurt the chances of stopping Turkey. 1909 was really the last time I tried to make any sort power grab.
18 Apr 16 UTC @trip - It was nice to get 3-4 years of unrestricted growth before early leader syndrome set in, and you and Turkey both decided to attack me.
18 Apr 16 UTC I don't think I lasted too long; have to go back and replay the turns. Obviously started anti-France (if that opening is true). Decided to go anti-Germany and anti-Russia in 1902. Got greedy and lost North Sea. 1903 must have been it for me. Lost Edi, and France began to hit Belgium. That's when my poor strategy became chaotic strategy. I had MAO and should have taken Por/Spain, but went back up to the Channel. I am surprised I lasted to 1908.
18 Apr 16 UTC PJ going for me opened the whole South East for Seth and lost PJs advantage in the North - I don't really understand why you did that.
18 Apr 16 UTC Yeah, I can't really say for sure. I should have seen some things that I obviously didn't.
