29 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 2002: [China]:Why is this game still paused???
29 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 2002: [Frozen-Antarctica]:Everyone has to vote to unpause. We can contact the mods to unpause, too.
29 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 2002: [China]:well, we are missing both russias, kenya, and India who asked for the pause. Quite a holiday he's on, hope he's having fun
29 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 2002: [Russia]:How to vote to unpause?
29 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 2002: [Russia]:Nevermind, found it.
29 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 2002: [Quebec]:He said, "surprise holiday by the Mrs." Sure he is having fun :)
Let us all be patient in respect of people who is having good time.
29 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 2002: [India]:Thanks for the pause guys. I've now voted to unpause.
29 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 2002: [Frozen-Antarctica]:Glad to hear you had a good time. Hey, having your sigo surprise you is no bad thing.
29 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 2002: [Frozen-Antarctica]:C'mon, Kenya!
03 Mar 16 UTC Spring, 2003: [Frozen-Antarctica]:Multi- and Meta-gaming are not cool. While I may be wrong in this case, I state publicly that I am the one who called the mods to investigate. I make the public statement so that Kenya and Ghana know my suspicion, that all players know my suspicion, and that this investigation be conducted in the open. Further, I do understand that I may be wrong. If I am wrong, I will certainly, publically apologize. For these reasons I am reproducing the email tha tI sent to the mods below:

I am playing a World game (http://www.webdiplomacy.net/board.php?gameID=174311#gamePanel)
Two players are suspicious
JamieC: http://www.webdiplomacy.net/profile.php?userID=77161
mslavs: http://www.webdiplomacy.net/profile.php?userID=77191

Reasons for my suspicion:
Both accounts were created on the same day.
mslavs has participated in three games, and every one finds JamieC also participating
Of JamieC’s eight games, of course, three have mslavs in them.
In the current world game (referenced above) mslavs as Ghana has stopped even plotting for his units adjacent to JamieC. I anticipate a “stab” by JamieC in which he secures all of mslavs’ centers.
Interesting in JamieC’s case, the long-playing but seldom successful eljeffe (http://www.webdiplomacy.net/profile.php?userID=67081) has returned to play in all there of the last of JamieC’s eight games.I do not know if this coincidence is anything more than that, but I pass on the observation.
03 Mar 16 UTC Spring, 2003: [Pacific-Russia]:You know that it is strictly forbidden to use the public press (/forum) for accusations of cheating?
04 Mar 16 UTC Spring, 2003: [Frozen-Antarctica]:No, I did not. I thought I was being honest and fair. So, to clear things up:
I did get a reply: "Thank you for bringing this to our attention. At the moment, I do not see any evidence of cheating between the players you mention. "
Therefore, I apologize publically for the accusation, and I publically apologize, too, for breaking a rule of which I was ignorant. I will be careful moving forward not to make accusations of cheating in public. I did belive it was the more honest thing to do.
04 Mar 16 UTC Spring, 2003: [Frozen-Antarctica]:I am reporting myself to the mods, so you know. I play be the rules, as I am aware of them.
04 Mar 16 UTC Spring, 2003: [China]:... lol
04 Mar 16 UTC Spring, 2003: [Frozen-Antarctica]:Yes, it is funny, even for me.
04 Mar 16 UTC Spring, 2003: [China]:just chilling out her in Hei, no military, not a threat to anyone, I hope people leave me alone
04 Mar 16 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Brazil]:You're noted as Defeated at the bottom, just so you're aware.
05 Mar 16 UTC Autumn, 2003: [China]:But Hei is still pink, my country still exists! China declares a treaty with all countries, if you do not take me over, i will be the vassal of the winner!
06 Mar 16 UTC Autumn, 2003: [China]:... China is no more...
08 Mar 16 UTC Spring, 2004: [Pacific-Russia]:sorry China :]
12 Mar 16 UTC Spring, 2005: [India]:I love that my army in Syria has the option to convoy to Victoria and Alaska :-)
12 Mar 16 UTC Spring, 2005: [Frozen-Antarctica]:The wonderful world of globalization.
21 Mar 16 UTC Spring, 2007: [Europe]:I think that we should pause until a new Argentina can be found.
21 Mar 16 UTC Spring, 2007: [Europe]:Never mind.
21 Mar 16 UTC Spring, 2007: [Argentina]:Hello, this is the new argentine government.
21 Mar 16 UTC Spring, 2007: [India]:OMG I've just discovered the button to get rid of the arrows! Life changing!
21 Mar 16 UTC Spring, 2007: [Pacific-Russia]:What button? What arrows?
25 Mar 16 UTC Spring, 2008: [Quebec]:So.... somebody want to go ahead and off me?
25 Mar 16 UTC Spring, 2008: [Pacific-Russia]:Yes, me!
29 Mar 16 UTC Autumn, 2008: [Quebec]:Sorry, USA gets the honor of eliminating an enemy.
30 Mar 16 UTC Spring, 2009: [India]:I could aim for Somalia, but the odds are NWI support will be cut... we could support you in?
30 Mar 16 UTC Spring, 2009: [USA]:im sort of busy as u can see
31 Mar 16 UTC Spring, 2009: [Europe]:India, USA, you're both in global...
07 Apr 16 UTC Spring, 2011: [USA]:can we all draw
07 Apr 16 UTC Spring, 2011: [Pacific-Russia]:That would be dumb XD
07 Apr 16 UTC Spring, 2011: [Frozen-Antarctica]:Thank you for your analysis, PR, but you have already been defeated. The choice to draw is left to the players still in the game.
I have set to draw because I consider ending a game with more points than I started as a win. Ghana and I are bashing our heads, both having chosen draw, waiting for Europe and India to do the same. No one is going to solo in this one. And the pot is too small to spend another week or three figuring that reality out. I ask the remaining players to consider drawing.
07 Apr 16 UTC Spring, 2011: [Quebec]:Gee Frozen, I think you maaaay be taking a light hearted comment a tad too seriously
08 Apr 16 UTC Spring, 2011: [Frozen-Antarctica]:It did come off rather strong. Sorry, not intended. I meant it to be explanaitional.
08 Apr 16 UTC Spring, 2011: [Quebec]::D Just giving you a hard time
08 Apr 16 UTC Spring, 2011: [Frozen-Antarctica]:No worries.
12 Apr 16 UTC [Europe]:Just out of curiosity, where is everyone's oldest unit? Mine's in Armenia.
12 Apr 16 UTC [India]:West Siberia.
12 Apr 16 UTC [India]:It's been there since autumn '05, and technically though it's the same age as the fleet in East Siberia sea and the fleet in North Pacific Ocean:-D
12 Apr 16 UTC [Quebec]:I always think it's neat to see where they all end up
13 Apr 16 UTC [Kenya]:Mozambique, Saudi Arabia, and Mali. One elder commander on each front
13 Apr 16 UTC [Frozen-Antarctica]:Pac Islands
14 Apr 16 UTC [Europe]:Well fought, all.
14 Apr 16 UTC [Frozen-Antarctica]:good game! Kenya, very nice dance that we had. Really a challenge, and fun!
14 Apr 16 UTC [Kenya]:Right back at ya penguinland :)
14 Apr 16 UTC [India]:Great game all. Thanks
