25 Jan 16 UTC Spring, 1901: Oh shit I thought this was Gunboat.
27 Jan 16 UTC Autumn, 1901: Everyone: Do not trust Turkey (two blatant lies). Austria at least was an honest jack ass.

What's up with Italy?
27 Jan 16 UTC Autumn, 1901: Hey man, I have to fight SOMEBODY. :(
27 Jan 16 UTC Autumn, 1901: How long can you and Turkey remain friendly is a good question...
28 Jan 16 UTC Autumn, 1902: Look at these Hyenas!
28 Jan 16 UTC Autumn, 1902: I am more of a jackal.
29 Jan 16 UTC Autumn, 1902: Hi all. I am in a family outing this weekend and cannot attend this game as often as I would like. No pause is needed, but can I have a favour from those who have retreat and build orders this years? Could you please not press ready to accelerate the phase? Thanks for your understanding
29 Jan 16 UTC Autumn, 1902: Wow sorry I just saw that message. Ill save my disband orders...
29 Jan 16 UTC Autumn, 1902: I will save but not lock in my build
29 Jan 16 UTC Autumn, 1902: Wow we're all so polite.
30 Jan 16 UTC Autumn, 1902: Thanks all
30 Jan 16 UTC Autumn, 1902: Thanks all
03 Feb 16 UTC Spring, 1904: Way to go Turkey! Now you have 0 allies!
13 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: To all the to-be-losers (that includes me):

I don't bother to send private message to everyone. I admit that I have played badly and is mainly responsible to have put everyone in this dire situation. Now our only hope is to force a five-way draw.

We should stop attacking each other, and put up all our units to defend Germany. If we are in for that, I can coordinate with each of you. There is an open promise -- I shall make sure each of us would survive and be involved in the draw, if we can force it.

That is the only way out -- Turkey cannot go out, as his fleet in Black Sea is critical. Italy must keep whatever he has -- whatever he cannot keep would go to Germany anyway.

So, Austria, Italy and Turkey, are you guys in for some joint defense? Please reply openly. If some of us do not complete, I might as well get some rest and let the game end next year.

Yours sinfully,
France
13 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: correction to the last paragraph -- "if some of us do not commit..."
13 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: I remember when austria was going to "win the game." I will do what I can to stop him, unfortunately, you over extended yourself. So I do not think we will stop germany.
13 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: I don't think we can likely stop him. The question is do we want to try?
13 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: It is only a game, if we are not in it, fine, let Germany win. But it may be some fun playing joint defense
13 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: If Italy is accepting my support against you France, why would he then try to stop me?
13 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: If he let you win, he gets nothing. If he can help the rest of us force a draw, he gets one fifth of the pool.
13 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: Hes already told me he'd rather see me win than work with you.
13 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: Oh. If he chooses so, let it be. But I have to do what I may be able to do not to let you win, out of the respect of this game, right?
13 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: I cannot expect everyone is playing the game with the same logic as I have.
13 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: Oh I fully expect and want you to try to stop me my friend, of course, that's part of the game
13 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: Also, it's been a lot of fun being your ally. Sorry for the stab. I consider you a very good player.
13 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: Hi everyone. I will have limited internet access for the next week, and only on my phone. I should be able to enter moves, but I won't be very chatty. Please me kind and gentle ... :-).
13 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: If I have played well, I would not have given you this chance to break.
13 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: You still can be stopped. The only centre you will gain for sure is Serbia. With my fleet in the south, an orchestrated effort can stop you from gaining further units. Of course, if you have someone like Italy who prefers seeing you win to earning himself a draw, then we can pack up next year
13 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: If all the A, T, I, F units can orchestrate, once you get Serbia, you cannot get Bulgaria because you can only have two units adjacent to it, when Greece can support Bulgaria hold. My Ionian fleet will move to Adriatic to make sure you cannot gain Trieste, which will be guarded by Venice, Albania and Ionian. Turkey's Black Sea fleet can focus on ensuring that you cannot move to Armenia.
13 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: Your only chance is to gain from me in the north. And I shall put up a good fight.
13 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: But all these are of course a dream if you have Italy on your side
14 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: There are a couple potential gains up north France. It's far from a stalemate up there.
14 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: I may not have the chance to try to set up a stalemate at all though
14 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: My draw vote is In.
14 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: Mine is not
14 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: france the game is over. not because of me, but because he has 4 builds coming up north to your 1 build. you spread yourself to thin and we all lost. sorry, you are not as great as you think you are.
14 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: I am not saying I am great.
14 Feb 16 UTC Spring, 1908: But if you think the game is over, why not try to play to the end to give yourself a chance. BTW, I have two, not one build
15 Feb 16 UTC Spring, 1908: Germany, you have won. Congrats
15 Feb 16 UTC Spring, 1908: It looks like I'm at 18 after this year. Thanks for a good game guys.
