28 Jan 16 UTC Autumn, 1903: na man, 6 way draw. those are the best. sorry you missed out.
28 Jan 16 UTC Autumn, 1903: Haha
29 Jan 16 UTC Spring, 1904: France, will you quit being so pretentious? :p
29 Jan 16 UTC Spring, 1904: i can't -- it's a cultural requirement. If anyone wants to stop by my HQ, we're featuring an aged brie, a 19th century wine tasting, and an evening of silent theater.
29 Jan 16 UTC Spring, 1904: Let me know the dates.
03 Feb 16 UTC Spring, 1906: roll the dice and move yer mice...
06 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: I am going to strike for Spain and Tunis and hit Burgindy again.
You keep Warsaw and I will hold Berlin and we should gain at least one build each.
Please support Tyrolia to Munich again from Bohemia.
06 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: shit just got real.
06 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: Ha ha. The problems of playing on the bloody phone!
Okay, well that was Plan A. plan B required now! Lol
06 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: Come and get me. I'll mop the Med with ya!
06 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: So mean that you guys won't just put Tunis out of his misery.
Come join the specter club Russia!
06 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: can you guys just put turkey and Russia down and draw already? This outcome has been obvious since like '03.
the only blip was the lovers spat of france and England that they patched up. made things boring.
06 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: i'm planning on soloing....
07 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: northern stalemate established. southern on the other hand...and yet englands fleets sit idle in the north.
au revoir mes amis
07 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1907: shhhh england would never harm me! we are friends! we exchange birthday presents!
08 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1908: Votes for a draw now? Good luck with that. My german skull on your mantel is laughing at you france!
To be, or not to be! That is the question.
08 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1908: not sure how I got you as my #1 fan Germany....
09 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1908: you talk the most, so why not. :)
09 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1908: all in jest.
09 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1908: i'm enjoying it -- i did facilitate your doom anyway :-)
09 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1908: Out of curiosity - any reason why we need to wait 16 hours to move the game along when we all seem ready...
09 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1908: excited about your solo, eh?
09 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1908: Well, I'm excited about playing... not so excited about sitting on my ass waiting for y'all. lol
09 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1908: there are intense, world shattering negotiations happening, even as we speak.
09 Feb 16 UTC Spring, 1909: There are? Fill me in.
10 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1909: well -- can't say i'm surprised. a tad more ignominious then i wanted though -- Germany, got anything to say?
10 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1909: It would seem to me this is why Austria needs crushed at the start of every game.

France, you were a bastard and I love you. Well played, just drew a slightly longer straw than me.

I actually just find it so disappointing that Austria isn't even going to try for a solo with france crippled. But maybe he will surprise. Italy, en garde!
10 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1909: What is everyone's win percentage here? Is a draw preferential over taking a shot at a win if you have it?
10 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1909: I'll get the ball rolling, 19% win, 19%defeat, 42% draw. This will make for an interesting character study for this game.
10 Feb 16 UTC Autumn, 1909: 8% win, 58% draw
10 Feb 16 UTC Spring, 1910: 17% win 38% draw 21% defeat
10 Feb 16 UTC Spring, 1910: My entire mid-game strategy depended on Austria stabbing Italy when presented the obvious easy chance....that didn't happen and so I was left carrying water for England. I will retire to my bunker in Paris and ponder what went wrong. Try not to damage the architecture too much, my worthy foes.
10 Feb 16 UTC Spring, 1910: 17% win... 20% draw... 31% survive

Since everyone and their mothers seemed to expect me to stab Italy, I figure the most interesting & fun thing to do would be the opposite. It certainly led France to dig his own grave after he seemed to spend 10 times more effort convincing others to stab than working on his own alliance... and clearly all that effort paid off since he at least convinced England (even with his higher than normal draw %) to stab someone ;)
10 Feb 16 UTC Spring, 1910: i've known for 3 or 4 turns that i'd made the wrong decision....once England decided to stop attacking in the east and just chill....I guess I'll say well done Austria -- though I thought for sure the dangling of a solo chance would have been enough.
10 Feb 16 UTC Spring, 1910: Be a good Frenchy and die on your own sword, and that way we can finish this off and move to the next exciting episode of this series of very interesting games.
10 Feb 16 UTC Spring, 1910: "Episode X: Tug On This"
11 Feb 16 UTC I have cast my draw vote. Great game Gentlemen.
11 Feb 16 UTC Good game. Tons of fun.
11 Feb 16 UTC tons. some of us may be carrying more tonnage than others.
11 Feb 16 UTC lol, well played guys
11 Feb 16 UTC Yes very good game. Enjoyed playing with you again Austria! Quite the team it seems.
11 Feb 16 UTC If we want to roll the dice again, I will set it up.
There is a new Rulebook option on comms which I would really like to try as it speeds up builds and retrear phases, and thus the game.
11 Feb 16 UTC i'd play again.

lets's rock and roll. please familiarize yourself with "rulebook press" in the settings.
11 Feb 16 UTC Good man
11 Feb 16 UTC Bet to join only 25? Seriously Beaumont? Getting miserly in your old age ;)?
12 Feb 16 UTC haha. no. I'm starting to think high wager games are better for public games (keep noobs and the skittish out), but this is a locked game among all good players. I don't want anyone encumbered or locked into something because they don't want to lose points. This is a play to win, play for pride and bragging rights kinda game.
12 Feb 16 UTC ...plus you are getting skint on points...lol ;p
12 Feb 16 UTC 852 isn't skint! get bent English.;-P
onto the new game!!!
14 Feb 16 UTC Lol what was that Germany? ;)
