09 Dec 15 UTC Spring, 2000: [Western-Canada]:What are the special rules?
09 Dec 15 UTC Spring, 2000: [Libya]:I second that western canada. Could we have the organiser post what they are so that we could copy and paste them into our notes section for future reference.
09 Dec 15 UTC Spring, 2000: [China]:this is a game mode where u basically hold illl find rules
09 Dec 15 UTC Spring, 2000: [China]:The game follows the concept that each player represents their respective nation at the United Nations. It should follow suit that moving out its units to do anything other than defend itself should anger the other nations greatly.

Most moves actually submitted (unless some debate becomes war) should be Holding.
This game is more of a forum for debate of different topics. Long phases, and a long game over all.
09 Dec 15 UTC Spring, 2000: [Ghana]:So for example if I moved my unit to Nigeria for example the rest of the world could attack me or something I'm not to sure I understand at the moment
09 Dec 15 UTC Spring, 2000: [China]:yes
09 Dec 15 UTC Spring, 2000: [Western-Canada]:Also if we go into empty territories? So for example me going to Alaska?
09 Dec 15 UTC Spring, 2000: [Western-Canada]:Like the concept though.
09 Dec 15 UTC Spring, 2000: [Western-Canada]:Like the concept though.
09 Dec 15 UTC Spring, 2000: [China]:yes we basically hold the whole time
09 Dec 15 UTC Spring, 2000: [India]:Hmmm ... interesting, to be sure. So ... what do we debate? The fact that India now has an annual GPD growth rate exceeding China? Resolve the border conflict that has so long bedeviled our countries? Given India is my country as determined by the computer, why not? Free Tibet!
09 Dec 15 UTC Spring, 2000: [Libya]:Tibet is already free.... though a fraction of its size.
09 Dec 15 UTC Spring, 2000: [Western-Canada]:We should be able to bounce to show the stability :)
09 Dec 15 UTC Spring, 2000: [Libya]:"Training exercises" canada
09 Dec 15 UTC Spring, 2000: [Brazil]:I believe there is no security council then, just a general assembly that can approve recommendations and moves.
09 Dec 15 UTC Spring, 2000: [China]:Yes
09 Dec 15 UTC Spring, 2000: [China]:I think we need to discuss what are the plans for expansion
09 Dec 15 UTC Spring, 2000: [Libya]:I second the motion to hear the plans of expansion. Yo canada since you dont fight and you apologize all the time did you want to take the minutes? :P I would call Switzerland but the EU ate them already #nocluehowUNworks
