05 Dec 15 UTC Alright, I give up :)
Well played guys.
05 Dec 15 UTC you too. :)
Thanks everyone for the interesting game.
05 Dec 15 UTC Good game by all!!
05 Dec 15 UTC Well done turkey, I was really afraid that y'all were gonna eliminate me and then immediately draw
05 Dec 15 UTC I don't understand how Italy survived. E&F had a solid stalemate line without Italy.
05 Dec 15 UTC There were a few turns where I had to leave Naples unsupported so I could readjust. I'm surprised Italy survived too.
06 Dec 15 UTC As are we all. Like you said Tektel, I figured Jack would've finished off Italy. I was waiting for it to happen as well.
06 Dec 15 UTC France & England - my question is why include Italy in the draw? It wasn't necessary.
06 Dec 15 UTC I guess I could have thrown him underneath the bus? I was certainly tempted. I left him unprotected several times. But I felt if I would have turned on Italy it might have ruined the solidarity of forcing a draw and encouraged you or England to attack me and let Turkey win solo. Maybe I was wrong?
06 Dec 15 UTC Yeah, I was terrified that we weren't going to be able to figure out the correct stalemate sequence. Also, in my diffence, I took over for Italy and kept turkey out of the Ionian Sea every turn since 1903, long before France had any presence down there. Turkey would have easily soloed otherwise.
06 Dec 15 UTC There was a stalemate line including Tunis, and I was ready to hold it, so Italy could have survive with just one center anyway.
I felt he should be in the draw, because he took over a difficult position and made the game better.
