04 Aug 15 UTC Autumn, 1903: Fine - cut me and get a replacement
04 Aug 15 UTC Autumn, 1903: Hahaha that'll go well. "Need a replacement for a four-center France. England is in the Channel and the Mid-Atlantic, Germany is in Burgundy, and Italy is in Marseilles. She's a fixer upper, but at least you have potential friends all around you and they're in great position to help you out!"
04 Aug 15 UTC Autumn, 1903: Who knew Italians had a sense of humor.

I must ask France, why did you join the game? Seriously...if RL is busy, why ruin a good time for 6 other people?
04 Aug 15 UTC Autumn, 1903: As for Russia and turkey, why the NMR?
04 Aug 15 UTC Autumn, 1903: to force a draw or cancel. it's their only hope.

let's just cut to 4 and draw
04 Aug 15 UTC Autumn, 1903: Russia's was probably an intentional disband where he didn't bother to actually enter the order. Can't explain Turkey's.
04 Aug 15 UTC Autumn, 1903: At this point cxl is not an option. I'm willing to draw at four if France leaves.
04 Aug 15 UTC Autumn, 1903: I'm happy with a four-way
04 Aug 15 UTC Autumn, 1903: I personally like 3 ways with two chicks, oh, we're taking about the game. 4 is fine ;))
04 Aug 15 UTC Autumn, 1903: England's pickin up what I'm puttin down
04 Aug 15 UTC Autumn, 1903: If you're puttin it down, no one wanted it to start.
05 Aug 15 UTC Spring, 1904: Pathetic clamber for points - and you hi 5 each other fucking seriously take a good look at yourselves
05 Aug 15 UTC Spring, 1904: What do you propose we do, France? The game has clearly been ruined do to your two NMRs. There's no sense in playing it out, but it also wouldn't be fair to cancel since a few powers have gained a significant leg up on the others.
05 Aug 15 UTC Spring, 1904: Wrong - it wasn't ruined by my first NMR by agreement amongst yourselves and was then subsequently ruined by birches refusing to pause or get WFO implemented - you guys bear that responsibility
05 Aug 15 UTC Spring, 1904: What you SHOULD do now - esp given the silence of R/T is cancel because your bitchness fucked it up - this is by no means the first game where someone has asked for a pause - but it's the first time I can recall bitches refusing a pause ever.
05 Aug 15 UTC Spring, 1904: If I remember correctly, you asked for a pause with about nine hours left in the phase. I voted for a pause immediately, but not everyone did. It's entirely possible that they didn't see your request before the phase ended. Moreover, you could have entered orders in case the phase ended before everyone voted to pause.
05 Aug 15 UTC Spring, 1904: I've been paused a while now.
RT's absence is curious.
05 Aug 15 UTC Spring, 1904: Oh my gosh, the French here are like the French in real life, DELUSIONAL. The only ones to not grant your pause were RT. and yes, Italy is correct, you could have put in orders before your second NMR as you contacted me with 4 hours to go in the phase. I will not cxl, draw is it.
05 Aug 15 UTC Spring, 1904: I agree and confirm UK opinion, I didn't want to say anything to this discussion because I stabbed France. Maybe France has really a lot of work. Russia has obviously troubles with his mother, I'm sorry for this and all the best.
So let us draw this game after resigning from R/T, my opinion.
05 Aug 15 UTC Spring, 1904: What have we learned about this?

When I will start a new invited game than one rule must be sure: I as initiator of a game will not vote for a pause or cancel. When somebody agree to play with me, as inviter, than this rule must be clear, as said in my games.
05 Aug 15 UTC Spring, 1904: England, I'll support you to Portugal with the agreement that we draw after builds. France, Turkey, and Russia will all be gone.
05 Aug 15 UTC Spring, 1904: Done
06 Aug 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: Germany, I'll clean up Moscow so we can end this. Please don't support hold him.
06 Aug 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: Done.
06 Aug 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: Be sure to also tap Galicia so he doesn't take Warsaw.

Also, France entered orders so we might have to spend another year wrapping this up.
07 Aug 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: We also could ready up
07 Aug 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: We'll likely have to wait for France regardless
07 Aug 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: Gg
07 Aug 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: GG. This would have been a fun one to play out if not for all the NMRs. Once Germany finalizes his orders -- I'm not sure why he didn't finalize immediately -- we'll cast our draw votes and be all done here.
07 Aug 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: GG to those who were honorable and finished. Too bad France through a hissy fit. As far as turkey and Russia go, I can't wait to see who I don't want to ever play with again.
07 Aug 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: England, are you going to wait to cast your draw vote? If so, I'll just cast mine now
07 Aug 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: I can cast now, I'm going to bed
07 Aug 15 UTC Okay. Austria, you can cast yours as well if you want. I'll wait until after builds to put mine up.
07 Aug 15 UTC Oh nvm, it went through already. Just waiting on you, Austria
07 Aug 15 UTC Goog morning :-)
07 Aug 15 UTC Morning, Wilhelm. Although it's 1am here
07 Aug 15 UTC I know, you keep late hours. 6+ hours difference to me.
07 Aug 15 UTC Btw Willhelm is also funny, Turkey called me Misses Merkl.
07 Aug 15 UTC Is Austria also an American ?
07 Aug 15 UTC I'd guess so, from his message times and press
07 Aug 15 UTC This differences in the expression are already not readable for me, I have to learn :-)
07 Aug 15 UTC Your English is good. What's your first language?
07 Aug 15 UTC German.
07 Aug 15 UTC Yes with the time and a lot of games my English becomes understandable, thank you.
07 Aug 15 UTC Ssorenn the global chat is always an adventure when I'm in a game with you!
07 Aug 15 UTC I have no issue calling it how it is. Seems quite interesting that wusti who needed a 6 day pause after two NMRs because he was going to China found a way to put in orders everyday since as to not get a CD.

Very disappointed in Jamie and Uzzi though
07 Aug 15 UTC That is for me also unintelligible, a arranged game and than this.

I say thank you for a interesting game and send friendly greetings from Vienna,
Till to the next game.
08 Aug 15 UTC When you travel you have no idea how bad or indifferent the internet connections will be - nor how sporadic. I tried to do the right thing and ask for pause or WFO to account for any issues - and instead you turned full on bitch mode.

I cop it on the chin for the first one - that was pure fuck up on my part - but the whole way you guys handled my request, and refusals to pause was unbelievable - in fact I still cannot believe it. I never deny pauses for any reason ever. That you guys saw fit too to claim your pathetic few points was a disgrace.
08 Aug 15 UTC http://webdiplomacy.net/board.php?gameID=163865 this game is a case in point. Everyone knew the game was going to happen and joined it anyway - and SHIT FUCKING HAPPENS - you go with the flow and be chill about it.

No excuse for the way you 4 treated the whole issue - especially in light of the CDs from Russia and Turkey.
09 Aug 15 UTC I am sorry to you all for my CD in this game. See forum for details.
