15 Jun 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: Seems we are still missing a couple of pause.
15 Jun 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: Russia, Italy? Is there an issue with voting for the pause for Germany?
15 Jun 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: Oh sorry didn't see it! In ok with that.
15 Jun 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: You're the lone holdout Italy.
16 Jun 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: Ok, game paused.
See you when the time will come.
20 Jun 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: FYI, I still need the pause. I just had an unexpected chance to get wifi.
20 Jun 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: Also, did I miss retreats? That messes up my plan a bit.
20 Jun 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: It seems you did. We got some delay with pausing the game.
22 Jun 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: Could we restart the game? It makes no sense to hace it paused for days. I vote for cancel or draw.
22 Jun 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: ^^ I agree.
22 Jun 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: Germany asked for two weeks, and only one is passed.

To ask to cancel the game now instead of back then seems a bit off time to me (especially after considering all the variables).

Malice aside, if the majority agrees with you I will go along with it.
But given that this requires agreement from all players we still will have to wait for Germany to return before moving on.
22 Jun 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: Given we all agreed to pause it for days, I'm content to wait for Germany's return.
22 Jun 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: Notice this is all of Germany's allies. Just an interesting note.
22 Jun 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: just as interesting to note that the two people who want to cancel/draw instead of continuing with the pause as they agreed to do in the first place are the two countries in the weakest positions.
22 Jun 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: Or the ones that magically missed the pause button for an extra phase to demolish a retreating army....

Just saying...
22 Jun 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: Wow, racist much?
22 Jun 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: what?
22 Jun 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: I mean I've seen a duck eat a chicken before... but this is clearly a first.
22 Jun 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: That made for a good laugh, really... :)

By the way, we can only unpause if all 7 agree, so I still miss your point...
26 Jun 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: I'm back. Here's the deal: in late July, I'm going to end up in the same situation where I won't have wifi (something came up, sorry). If we think we can finish the game by then, then there's no issue. I understand if you all want to cancel, and if everyone else votes for it then I will too, but personally I'd like to keep playing. Also, it seems there's been a fight or something? No need to fight, we're all friends here. Even if I had to lose that one army because of the late pause. I can unpause now though.
27 Jun 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: My vote is in for the unpause. If nothing else, this has been a very interesting game.
29 Jun 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: Hope Italy shows up so we can get moving again.
02 Jul 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: It looks like Italy hasn't logged into the site for over a week now.
02 Jul 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: Well he does have draw and cancel voted if ya'll just want to do either of those... just a thought. I'm fine waiting.
02 Jul 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: Then let's just go for cancel and let's call it a day...
It's getting endless...
02 Jul 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: I can't help but feel that he's just being immature about losing. Maybe I'm just overthinking it though.
02 Jul 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: You can try contacting a mod to unpause it.
02 Jul 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: Done
02 Jul 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: (Hellenic Riot): I have unpaused this game and emailed Italy to let him know. I have also reset the process time so he has a full phase length in which to log on and enter orders.
02 Jul 15 UTC Spring, 1905: Thank you Hellenic Riot for the assistance. :)
03 Jul 15 UTC Spring, 1905: Thank you very much.
03 Jul 15 UTC Spring, 1905: Thanks
06 Jul 15 UTC Autumn, 1905: Well Turkey has it made this game... Can't really
Go anywhere but through Austria. Well played Neph!
08 Jul 15 UTC Autumn, 1906: Shoutout to France and Russia for continuing play and not just quitting like it seems most people on this website do. Makes the game a lot more fun.
08 Jul 15 UTC Autumn, 1906: I told you not to ally with him Turkey... how dumb can you be?!
08 Jul 15 UTC Autumn, 1906: Whoa.
It's a game; let us be gentle with each others.
08 Jul 15 UTC Autumn, 1906: No no no, this is real Diplomacy and must be treated as such.
08 Jul 15 UTC Autumn, 1906: GameMaster: TouchTooMuch was banned: multi/meta. The time until the next phase has been extended by one phase length to give an opportunity to replace the player.
Remember to finalize your orders if you don't want to wait, so the game isn't held up unnecessarily!
08 Jul 15 UTC Autumn, 1906: Well now... that's an interesting development.
09 Jul 15 UTC Autumn, 1906: How could he have been multi if he got kicked so hard? Wouldn't his 'ally' come to his aid?
09 Jul 15 UTC Autumn, 1906: I believe that generally means he set up multiple accounts, not that they were both present in this game.
09 Jul 15 UTC Autumn, 1906: Ah I see
09 Jul 15 UTC Autumn, 1906: Mhhh... So much for a first game.

However, this brings us in the position we discussed earlier. What do you people want to vote now?
09 Jul 15 UTC Autumn, 1906: As far as I am concerned, France played till the end without cheating or acting childishly, and thus deserve points in the draw as much as us.

A four way draw means 26 pts each, a 5 way is 21 pts each, not much of a sacrifice.

This is how I would cast my vote for now. We can finish to take the last Russian army out of the game in this phase and then move on before anyone else is eliminated.
09 Jul 15 UTC Autumn, 1906: I'm fine with that.
09 Jul 15 UTC Then, let's wait for Germany and we are done.
It was a very fun game, thank you everyone.
09 Jul 15 UTC Why are we drawing now? Why not wait until I am unable to play any longer?
09 Jul 15 UTC if we are going to do a big draw, what do we can from another week or so gameplay? I'm generally content either way.
09 Jul 15 UTC Fair enough. Game drawn. Good game everyone.
09 Jul 15 UTC Good game.
