06 May 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: Seems unlikely I'm afraid
06 May 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: I hope you aren't accusing me of lying
06 May 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: Italy welcome, why would you think anyone was accusing you of lying?
06 May 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: Just for the record, I did discuss possible alliances with France at the beginning, as any good diplomat should do, but never formalized an agreement. I fulfilled my obligations to Germany (Belgium for Scandinavia) and then stood by for about 2 years waiting to see how things developed. Given the stalemate on the front while other powers grew, I had to make a move based on what I considered was the best course of action. France, I never betrayed you since we never had a formal alliance like Austria and Turkey had.
06 May 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: Also confirm a 3-way draw has not been discussed. Ithink it is too early to start those kind of dicussions. Still lots of game to be played.
06 May 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: looks like i'm the only villain here. a position I am not uncomfortable with. Cheers!
06 May 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: So truce all round and lets attack the villain together as a united world?
06 May 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: sure, attack the only muslim nation. that will look great for posterity.
06 May 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: self confessed villain:- religion, race, colour or sex doesn't come in too it, even in jest may I suggest.
06 May 15 UTC Autumn, 1904: It's all a question of perception :) I'm the vilain in France and Russia's eyes I'm sure
07 May 15 UTC Spring, 1905: Italy unless your also Turkey what on earth are you doing?????
07 May 15 UTC Autumn, 1905: haha
09 May 15 UTC Autumn, 1905: Congratulations to Germany.. As if it was required, Britain has taken up your centres as well. Maybe now I must say, good morning!
09 May 15 UTC Autumn, 1905: It's just a game, France. I knew he was going to do that. I also would not have gotten as far as I did without his initial help. Remember, you and Russia came hard at me in the beginning. We all take our chances.
09 May 15 UTC Autumn, 1905: Did I congratulate you when we wiped you out? Did we congratulate Russia when he lost? Show a little gamesmanship, please.
09 May 15 UTC Autumn, 1905: Much respect to Germany for those comments. This is a zero sum game, everybody looks after their own interests when it comes down to it. A powerful neighbor is against mine. With Germany growing in power he became a possible threat to me. I moved on him while his supply lines were streched and he was vulnerable.

Looking forward to a good fight!
11 May 15 UTC Autumn, 1906: I see that I have become public enemy no1, which makes sense I am the biggest and, at first glance, most dangerous power on the map. Still, I would warn you all against our friend the Sultan. I fear that he is using you all, like he used our dearly departed Austria not long ago.

In the meantime, looking forward to test my wits against you on the battlefield.
11 May 15 UTC Autumn, 1906: what ridiculous and spurious insinuations.
12 May 15 UTC Autumn, 1906: Only time will tell how spurious my insinuations are.Hopefully I am wrong and we can all live hhappily ever after :)
12 May 15 UTC Autumn, 1906: Well, is the pot calling the kettle black? I seem to remember being used once. I guess I could be used twice, but that will be up to the Sultan.
12 May 15 UTC Autumn, 1906: I guess we could all choose to live happily ever after, too. :)
13 May 15 UTC Autumn, 1907: Well defended gentlemen. I wasn't able to use my initial gains to my advantage, now I'll have to live with the consequences.
13 May 15 UTC Autumn, 1907: should be fun -- to the victors go the spoils --
14 May 15 UTC Spring, 1908: I have to say that this game has been quite fun, well-played, and collegial. Despite the early angst by France and the seeming ganging up on Italy, there has not been any disrespect that is sometimes seen on the site.
14 May 15 UTC Spring, 1908: We can still decide to live with each other. :)
14 May 15 UTC Spring, 1908: I suggest a 4-way draw.
14 May 15 UTC Spring, 1908: It will be up to you three to decide. Either way, I will be there to the end.
14 May 15 UTC Spring, 1908: 5 way draw?
15 May 15 UTC Spring, 1908: No? Okey dokey I understand
15 May 15 UTC Spring, 1908: Sorry my friend, looks like we are heading for a Turkish solo victory.
15 May 15 UTC Spring, 1908: You should all support each other to get a draw
15 May 15 UTC Spring, 1908: No Italy.. Why will Anybody listen to us? Germany and turkey heard my voice but its been slightly late now.. With the deadlock broken, I am bound to be destroyed. So why won't they settle for a 3-way draw when weaklings like us can be so easily destroyed.. I would however thank the Turkish and German governments to have tried their best to keep me alive in this game... Indebted!
15 May 15 UTC Spring, 1908: i still plan on saving france from british tyranny
15 May 15 UTC Spring, 1908: As do I.
15 May 15 UTC Spring, 1908: Thank you, Italy, for what that is worth. You are a good sport.
15 May 15 UTC Spring, 1908: i have treated italy rather poorly in this game. something i have lost real life minutes of sleep over, if that is worth anything. salud!
15 May 15 UTC Spring, 1908: Don't speak too fast dear friend, I may be the one keeping you alive in the end. I also suggest you add your vote for the draw. It will put the onus on the remaining power (Turkey) to decide your faith.
15 May 15 UTC Spring, 1908: Fate.
15 May 15 UTC Spring, 1908: I HAVE decided your faith. any guesses?
15 May 15 UTC Spring, 1908: Well, I know what my faith is. I don't need to guess. :)
15 May 15 UTC Spring, 1908: Haha right. Wish I could blame autocorrect on that one. As for my faith? As the musulman empire I'm guessing you'll try and convert all of Europe. It's a good start already having taken over the Vatican.
17 May 15 UTC Autumn, 1908: Ok gentlemen, we have a chance at the 5-way draw if we all coordinate perfectly. You will each receive detailed instructions.

Our collective faith is in your hands ;)
18 May 15 UTC Spring, 1909: To the French president: you were a worthy adversary. We wish we could have helped you make it to the draw.
18 May 15 UTC Autumn, 1909: I wish Italy could see the consequences of helping turkey. Anyway, good game though.. Thanking the sultan for trying to save me from the British, the German government for helping me to fight out the British forces on land, the Italian government to stay as an ally right till the last move and finally last but definitely not the least, the English high command to try their best to help me survive. Thank you gentlemen and I hope to see you all again in another game.. Good luck :)
18 May 15 UTC Autumn, 1909: I believe the Sultan has won, once he holds his current 18 SCs. Good game, France. Good game, all.
18 May 15 UTC Autumn, 1909: not quite yet, thanks to my distrust of everyone and that silly move in warsaw/moscow!
18 May 15 UTC Autumn, 1909: Good game France, sorry about those last moves though
19 May 15 UTC Autumn, 1909: Why don't we all just draw now? Seems no one really wants to win. Haha. What do a few points mean anyway. I am voting draw.
19 May 15 UTC alright everyone, good game, can't believe i messed that one up but cheers! Draw it is.
19 May 15 UTC Good game y'all. Powers came together when it really counted and stopped my and then the Turk's attempt to a solo victory.
