You know the real irony? The first England was a player by the name of rimbatuz. He was the one who built this game.

11 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 1906: Pressure from our Minister of Peace has somewhat forced the French to advance funding for more armed forces. Land units will be raised in Marseilles and Paris. Funding was not approved, however, for enough gasoline for them to actually move (they will hold in place).
