22 Feb 15 UTC	Spring, 1902: Russia is very upset about this so I'll share it with the group. I'm traveling over the weekend and while I hate to make the game wait, I think its better to slow the game down than have another major player miss. Apologies, I generally play quickly.

22 Feb 15 UTC	Autumn, 1902: I'm not upset. Its just that turkey made us wait 20 hours extra the last two turns which seemed unnecessary. Now that I have an explanation I am OK with it. That's all it took.
