14 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: pause untill france shows some life?
14 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: didn't do that when russia left and it obviously didn't bother you. ;-)
so i see no need pausing now.
14 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: that's different, he submitted his moves up untill he left, and he left at only 1 sc.
Now france is afk with 8 sc, totally different scenario, or we can look for a replacement.
14 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: if you miss 2 phases in a row you automatically leave and that's what russia did - same here with France. of course he didn't leave with only 1 sc, he left much earlier and we took his sc's.
14 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: autumn 1905, russia submitted his moves, he left by himself in spring 1906
14 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: but ok, if you want to win like this, go ahead, but i'm not going to let you off so easily.
Btw, i didn't profit from russia leaving, he was being attacked anyway, so if he stayed or not, it wouldn't be much difference. France is a whole other story
14 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: russia missed one phase where he could easily defend his sc's. especially with my help, but he missed and you took sevastopol, which is okay. after that phase he missed again and you took rumania. so who is playing "like this" here? don't tell me you would be in this position now if russia would not have left.
14 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: england also left and france profit from that. it's online diplomacy, happens all the time. you only deserve getting points if you're reliable.
14 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: Russia was losing against Germany. He missed 2 turns, but not 2 times in a row.
France is different.

A win or not, it doesn't make much difference for me. I rather lose against a player that's active than to win against a player that's afk. If Russia was winning, I'd probably also vote for a pause.
15 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 1907: Oh this sucks. He left... Lets just draw or pause untill we find a replacement.
16 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1907: There is obviously nobody replacing France. I voted for draw
16 Dec 14 UTC Germany? What about you?
