| 27 Aug 14 UTC | Spring, 1901: I'm no expert, but the map sort-of answers your question. Russia covers an area that puts them in close proximity to four other major powers early in the game (Turkey in the south, Austria, Germany and usually Britain in the Scandinavia area). With the exception of Austria, which also comes into contact with four powers (though not always Germany that much), the other powers tend to border three other powers. It's not as unfair as it may first appear to be. Welcome to the game. I hope you enjoy it. |
