Autumn, 1902: This is waaaaay too much time to give to retreats.
Autumn, 1903: ? This is normal diplomacy, right?
Autumn, 1903: Yeah, although I've noted how strange the game has been as well.
Autumn, 1903: Quick revise: I think so, but wouldn't be shocked to discover that I was wrong.
Autumn, 1903: Man, looking back at the moves, the previous England was as erratic as a ferret on a double espresso. I begin to understand why so few people are talking to me. I am a different guy though. Check out some of my past games :-) I'm a pretty reliable ally.
Spring, 1904: Yeah, I completely agree that this match has been one of the stranger matches I have ever played as no one aside from those taking advantage of vacant countries seems to be accomplishing all that much.
Spring, 1905: Nothing like being woken up at 3 in the morning to a 6.1 earthquake!
Spring, 1905: Damn | |
Spring, 1905: Hope everyone's all right. Best Coast.
Spring, 1905: Yes, I hope everyone is okay as well.
Spring, 1905: In my house a few things fell off the shelf, etc, but not nearly as bad as in Napa and Sonoma.
Spring, 1905: Some extremely good wine has been reckt today. Sadness.
Spring, 1905: Haha, yeah.
Spring, 1905: I'll probably open a bottle tonight in remembrance of the wine that we've lost... Sad, sad day. In all seriousness, it could have been much, much worse.
Spring, 1905: 6.1 is a good earthquake to have, because, if I'm not mistaken, small earthquakes let off some of that stress and reduce the chance of a big earthquake. 6.1 isn't small, but it's not a 7. And it's a little bit less developed out there, so there's less stuff to topple. But earthquakes can cluster up sometimes. You might want to want to sleep away from windows for a while and make sure your taller furniture is secure. |

Spring, 1905: Russia is trolling this game hard. Sending out a mass email announcing their departure from the game due to the game's inability to peak their interest and then waiting until the umpeenth second to send in their orders every turn since.
Spring, 1905: Yeah, agreed. It was pretty strong in Berkeley, although I heard it wasn't that strong in San Francisco (where I just moved from). What was rare is that it lasted for some 30 second to a minute. Usually they're much shorter in duration.
Autumn, 1905: Strange board setup indeed.
Autumn, 1905: Easily the strangest game I've ever played, haha...
Autumn, 1905: Failed Jug (if it ever was at all); failed Western triple; it's interesting.
Spring, 1906: Everyone was going to leave Austria to die :(
Spring, 1906: Poor Austria, haha...
Spring, 1906: Hey folks, I am going to be out of town for the weekend. Starting tomorrow, I'll be hard to get in touch with. I don't anticipate missing any turn though.
Spring, 1906: Okay, have fun
Spring, 1906: The good news for everybody is that Russia is on the verge of defeat, meaning that these turns should start moving a little faster.
Autumn, 1909: A couple people asked me why I didn't click ready. I'm on the road and wanted the extra time to be sure not to miss my orders. I should have mentioned this in advance. And I apologize for delays and inconveniences.
Autumn, 1909: No worries, man. Take your time.
Autumn, 1909: No problem.
Autumn, 1909: It's cool
Autumn, 1910: Yep, Looks like Neapolitan ice cream. Good game France. |
|
Autumn, 1910: Same. You fought valiantly.
Autumn, 1910: Thanks, see you all next time.
