28 May 14 UTC Spring, 2000: [Near-East]:Hello, everyone!
30 May 14 UTC Autumn, 2000: [Ghana]:Argentina's back.
30 May 14 UTC Autumn, 2000: [Argentina]:;)
30 May 14 UTC Autumn, 2000: [Brazil]:Indeed, Canadians say "sorry" so much (most often in empathy of another's situation) that there is a law that states it is not legally an "admission of guilt".
30 May 14 UTC Autumn, 2000: [Kenya]:source?
30 May 14 UTC Autumn, 2000: [Brazil]:Just Google search "Canada sorry law". The law relates to liability in civil legal matters, not criminal court. It's called the Apology Act in the province of Ontario, apparently a few other CDN provinces and most US states have similar laws.
30 May 14 UTC Autumn, 2000: [Western-Canada]:I can confirm that.
30 May 14 UTC Spring, 2001: GameMaster: rubytube was banned: idiot/multi. The time until the next phase has been extended by one phase length to give an opportunity to replace the player.
Remember to finalize your orders if you don't want to wait, so the game isn't held up unnecessarily!
31 May 14 UTC Spring, 2001: [Ghana]:Libya can you click ready?
31 May 14 UTC Spring, 2001: [Near-East]:Doesn't matter...South Africa hasn't readied their turn. Libya may be waiting for additional discussion before finishing their turn.
31 May 14 UTC Spring, 2001: [Ghana]:Yeah, and if South Africa does soon, it would resolve then.
31 May 14 UTC Spring, 2001: [Near-East]:If Libya was done with their turn...
31 May 14 UTC Spring, 2001: [Ghana]:They are.
03 Jun 14 UTC Autumn, 2001: GameMaster: foreverfree was banned: repeat multi/idiot. The time until the next phase has been extended by one phase length to give an opportunity to replace the player.

21 Jun 14 UTC Spring, 2006: [China]:Hey all. New China.
30 Jun 14 UTC Spring, 2009: [Ghana]:China, you're allied with me and Frozen-Antarctica against Quebec and Western-Canada.
30 Jun 14 UTC Spring, 2009: [Ghana]:Never mind. Didn't see the date but it seems apparent anyways.
30 Jun 14 UTC Spring, 2009: [China]:Cant we all just get along?
03 Jul 14 UTC Spring, 2010: [Near-East]:Funny you should say that, considering you dropped our alliance upon your joining...
03 Jul 14 UTC Spring, 2010: [China]:I also dropped you. Dropped you hard.
03 Jul 14 UTC Spring, 2010: [Western-Canada]:I think he meant you
05 Jul 14 UTC Autumn, 2010: [Quebec]:New management in Quebec. BTW, what happened to the previous Quebec?
05 Jul 14 UTC Autumn, 2010: [China]:I have no idea how i just submitted the moves I did. Stupidity...
08 Jul 14 UTC Autumn, 2011: [Ghana]:I think that once we eliminate Near-East, unless someone else is on the verge of dying, we should draw.
08 Jul 14 UTC Autumn, 2011: [China]:I second that.
08 Jul 14 UTC Autumn, 2011: [Quebec]:We?
08 Jul 14 UTC Autumn, 2011: [Ghana]:Yes, all of us. We are in a stalemate anyway, Quebec.
08 Jul 14 UTC Autumn, 2011: [Quebec]:We are a long way from a stalemate. What do you base this on...your vast experience in this variant? Oh, I see that this is only your second time playing this variant. Maybe it is your vast webdip experience? Only seven games completed. Please explain.
08 Jul 14 UTC Autumn, 2011: [Ghana]:Maybe not a permanent stalemate, but I mean one that will last quite a few turns until I can invade more of South America and you Africa.
08 Jul 14 UTC Autumn, 2011: [China]:Quebec you just took over from the good work of someone else anyway, so think about that before you run your mouth off at other people.
08 Jul 14 UTC Autumn, 2011: [Quebec]:Then the game is still on. Way to early to talk about the "D" word.
08 Jul 14 UTC Autumn, 2011: [Ghana]:Quebec, I base the idea of drawing the game on wanting to get this crap over with.
08 Jul 14 UTC Autumn, 2011: [Quebec]:Crap?...this is the best part of the game. Six or fewer players that have manage to survive battle it out to the end. I play a lot of these world variants. Solos are damn near impossible unless you have a willing partner to take second. With that said, I consider a 3 way the best possible outcome. A four way is OK. A five way is acceptable. I am not in it for the points...just the draw in the end. I am in it for the challenge to reduce the field to those three best players. Crap? Just don't play in the first place. You could just not submit any moves and CD if you really think it is crap. Go play another variant if you want a quick draw.
08 Jul 14 UTC Autumn, 2011: [Quebec]:World variant is for survivors.
08 Jul 14 UTC Autumn, 2011: [Ghana]:Lol rant^. What I mean by crap is arguing with you.
09 Jul 14 UTC Autumn, 2011: [China]:"Crap?...this is the best part of the game. Six or fewer players that have manage to survive battle it out to the end."

But you didn't survive until the end Quebec, did you? You have came in and taken over someone; in the process going about breaking every alliance that the previous player made. Please stop running your mouth off when you are only in such a good position because somebody else managed to get you there.
09 Jul 14 UTC Autumn, 2011: [Near-East]:Pot...kettle.
09 Jul 14 UTC Autumn, 2011: [China]:I did take over from China yes, but at a very early stage.
09 Jul 14 UTC Autumn, 2011: [Ghana]:True enough. China was leading at that point, but he was held out of Russia for the most part.
11 Jul 14 UTC Spring, 2012: [Quebec]:I always wonder why players like Ncampy0421 NMR and CD.
11 Jul 14 UTC Spring, 2012: [Western-Canada]:I'm on vacation. Spotty wifi
12 Jul 14 UTC Spring, 2012: [Quebec]:TheHomeOfTheKnave CD Spring 2012.
12 Jul 14 UTC Spring, 2012: [China]:You should walk it now. Fully deserved of course ;)
12 Jul 14 UTC Spring, 2012: [Quebec]:I don't want to win, I want somebody to put up a good fight to the end. I hate quitters.
12 Jul 14 UTC Spring, 2012: [China]:Ohh I will.
12 Jul 14 UTC Spring, 2012: [Quebec]:Game on!
13 Jul 14 UTC Spring, 2012: [Ghana]:Back. I was on vacation.
13 Jul 14 UTC Spring, 2012: [Quebec]:Welcome back.
17 Jul 14 UTC [Quebec]:I am happy with a four way draw now that Ghana and W-Can have left. Voting draw for now. I will withdraw my vote if one of them comes back.
