| Autumn, 1902: I notice Turkey, Russia and myself missed the last phase of orders. The phase timing of 8 hrs doesnt help. I tend to sleep for 8hrs, no orders were due when I went to bed last night, and ive woken up to see ive missed a phase and im now in a much weaker position than I would have been otherwise.
