05 May 14 UTC Autumn, 1901: if only austria had readied up... :(
05 May 14 UTC Autumn, 1901: With it being a 2 day phase why would you solely save and not ready up anyways? Youre never going to be caught off guard by a sudden progression because you always have a 2 day cushion!
05 May 14 UTC Autumn, 1901: Perhaps he's waiting a reply, that might change his mind and moves?
05 May 14 UTC Autumn, 1901: That is a very valid point. That makes much more sense to me then. Thank you sir.
06 May 14 UTC Autumn, 1901: I might be missing something - but I don't understand why anybody would ever ready up? ... shouldn't there be ability for discussion to occur up to the last second?
06 May 14 UTC Autumn, 1901: But if everyone has made their minds and is "Ready" then wouldn't that be reason to press the button that says "Ready"?
06 May 14 UTC Autumn, 1901: Not all orders are equal. The point Austria is making is valid, but possibly less so on retreats/disbands where there are fewer options and less scope for discussion.
06 May 14 UTC Autumn, 1901: I agree with France on this, but I can understand England. If everyone has set 'Ready', it has little point to keep stalling the game. But everyone's free to play as they like.
10 May 14 UTC Autumn, 1902: Sorry all - delayed response - my goal isn't to stall the game/ sorry if anyone getting that impression. My goal is to try and have the time to talk and think about best move. Diplomacy the wrong name of the game if no talking ... imo ;-)
11 May 14 UTC Autumn, 1902: Hello Russia .... Austrian ambassador has been waiting for days in the sitting room.
16 May 14 UTC Spring, 1903: What's up with all those people NMR'ing :/
17 May 14 UTC Spring, 1903: GameMaster: che97 was banned: multi/meta/no reply. The time until the next phase has been extended by one phase length to give an opportunity to replace the player.
Remember to finalize your orders if you don't want to wait, so the game isn't held up unnecessarily!
23 May 14 UTC Autumn, 1903: I hear ya Kaiser - but I was hoping Italy would NMR again as Italy has been a pain since turn 1 attacking me ;-) Now a new Italian player - and we're in a bit of a messy situation haha.
24 May 14 UTC Spring, 1904: What's NMR mean?
24 May 14 UTC Spring, 1904: No moves received, missing a turn.
24 May 14 UTC Spring, 1904: Ah, thanks.
27 May 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: I'm leaving on a 4-day trip tomorrowevening until sunday, where there will be no wifi. Could everyone pause until then? Thanks in advance!
27 May 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: How's about we draw?
27 May 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: I've paused.
28 May 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: Paused.
28 May 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: Have to go now, hoping Russia and Turkey will pause too. If everyone has paused, you can unpause again, I'll press the unpause button when I get back then, so the game can continue.
01 Jun 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: Thanks for being fair, Russia!
09 Jun 14 UTC Spring, 1906: Not my problem
09 Jun 14 UTC Spring, 1906: I had finals why would I care.
09 Jun 14 UTC Spring, 1906: It's a show of respect towards other players, don't know what your finals have to do with this game, or not pausing it.
09 Jun 14 UTC Spring, 1906: I was to occupied with my finals that I didn't read your messages I just put my orders in and went back to studying so im sorry for your troubles but really its not my problem I have a life too I had to do stuff. I respect other players just not the one who openly tell me what to do then later back stabbed me. So stop complaining you two face rat.
09 Jun 14 UTC Spring, 1906: Pressing the pause button doesn't take that much time.
For what it's worth, I never told you what to do, I just asked. If you can't take people stabbing you, you'd better not play this game, I guess. And where I come from, calling people rats isn't really showing respect.
09 Jun 14 UTC Spring, 1906: Guys, I am afraid I need to back out. I'm just about to take off for my honeymoon, and it looks like I need to give more attention to my wife and less to the game!
09 Jun 14 UTC Spring, 1906: Perhaps we can just cancel or draw this game then?

Anyway, have a nice honeymoon, Italy! :)
23 Jun 14 UTC I'm back, and I see that I'm still alive!
23 Jun 14 UTC I don't know if we can draw while the game is paused but I think it's time to call time on this game. I'm voting to draw
23 Jun 14 UTC Do we know why the game is paused?
23 Jun 14 UTC Russia requested it. Surely if we all vote draw it should happen even if pased.
23 Jun 14 UTC We've been playing since the original pause - or am I crazy? :-) France - I think you likely deserve the win at this point, a shame that the game still paused.
