18 Feb 14 UTC Spring, 1901: Good Morning to Europe from Germany
18 Feb 14 UTC Spring, 1901: Hi all, my first Internet diplomacy game.
22 Feb 14 UTC Autumn, 1902: Shouldn't Tunis be my country now? Or does going there in Sring not count? I'm kinda new but thinking this is a glitch of some sort.
22 Feb 14 UTC Autumn, 1902: Nevermind, having rechecked the rules I see I was wrong about how taking SCs worked. How peculiar, not the way I would expect.
25 Feb 14 UTC Spring, 1903: Since Russia went CD, can we all just agree to not take any russian centers? It ruins the game when someone gets an unfair advantage because of a civil disorder
25 Feb 14 UTC Spring, 1903: Russia has a relatively playable position, someone might pick it up.
25 Feb 14 UTC Spring, 1903: That's true, so let's leave it intact until someone does
25 Feb 14 UTC Spring, 1903: shit ill trade with russia hahaha
01 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: Germany strongly condemns the english betrayal to the Belgium people.
Germany will take revenge to the British leader.
02 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: Haha I did not know that one move could cause this much trouble!
02 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: Well I'm in!
04 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1905: Turkey declares war on the back stabbing Italians.
04 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1905: Don't trust italy as far as you can throw him
04 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1905: The backstabbing Italians who made it perfectly clear your current course of action was unacceptable to us?
04 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1905: tbh, I'm sorry it came to this. Your lack of fleets makes it seem like you don;t want to attack me, but I can;t risk allowing a Juggernaut to gobble up Austria. That's just not how we Italians role, as we tend to be the next on the menu.
04 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1905: Look at the board, do you see a juggernaut?
04 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1905: I see that Russia has abandoned the southern war of aggression, leaving you high and dry to face off against Austria and myself alone. All the more reason for diplomacy, not war, to be the next course of action for Turkey.
04 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1905: To everyone- On an unrelated note, it is my 21st birthday today, and in a few hours I will be heading to Maine. Until my return Friday afternoon, communications will be spotty. Please do not take any drop-off in press over the next couple of days as a sign that I am uninterested in speaking with you.
04 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1905: Happy birthday, Italy!
09 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: Since england has gone CD, the balance of power has swung in a way that goes against the nature of the game. Can we draw this game please?
09 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: France and Russia are the only ones not voting for a draw now. Anyway, sorry for holding up the game, I'm still away from home, so that's why I haven't hit the "ready" button. I will get back to Boston tomorrow and have more time for the game.
10 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1906: France, you must vote to draw.
11 Mar 14 UTC thats because i dont agree with it. every single game ive played has had quitters...its part of the system just deal with it.
11 Mar 14 UTC That's very easy for you to say when you're the one benefiting. The game is not designed for this to happen. Furthermore, you are the only one not voting to draw and are thus holding the other five of us hostage, which will only generate resentment towards you in the process (resentment that really wont end very well). Now please, respect the fact that while you may not see the civil disorder as an issue, every single other person in the game very clearly does see it as an issue.
11 Mar 14 UTC Even Germany and Russia, which benifit from the CD as well, are voting for a draw. Also, you'll still make gains from a draw, so unless you're hoping to eliminate someone else r go for a solo there's no reason not to vote for a draw.
