26 Feb 14 UTC	Spring, 2003: "WalterSr was banned: meta/no response". Metagaming means he either created multiple accounts or was scheming with other people outside of web dip. So, for instance, the player might have been with friends and they played a game together. No response means the moderators sent him an email saying they were suspicious of meta gaming and he didn't reply. This is all said in the rules...
