02 Feb 14 UTC Spring, 1901: Good luck all, I'll go ahead and start us off by extending a peace offering to Turkey. Since everyone usually gets uncomfortable with the juggernaut alliance I suggest we just remain neutral towards on another for now. Can we DMZ the Black Sea or would you just like to bounce for security's sake?
I would also like to extend an offer of alliance to Germany. I'll watch your back if you defend my flank.

@Italy - I also wish to extend peace, but I don't appreciate you making big calls on Turkey, it's easy to declare war on a country you don't even boarder at the moment.
@Turkey - I hold nothing against you and hope we can work out the Balkan area in a fair manner.

That's the only way you'd ever trust me as I could simply play friends and then attack you directly, which is what I would expect as Austria. Name your terms and we can discuss.
