28 Oct 13 UTC Spring, 2002: [Kenya]:What are the rules for postponing a build? Does that mean you can use that build after the build phase has ended? I'm asking this for a different game, so pls tell me the truth.
28 Oct 13 UTC Spring, 2002: [India]:you can use the build next year, assuming you haven't lost any sc.
28 Oct 13 UTC Spring, 2002: [Kenya]:So u cant use it straight after the buildphase? (E.g build phase autumn postpone, winter build new sc?)
28 Oct 13 UTC Spring, 2002: [Kenya]:Winter decide to build the postponed build*
28 Oct 13 UTC Spring, 2002: [India]:no, you can only use it in a build phase
28 Oct 13 UTC Spring, 2002: [Kenya]:Ok thx
28 Oct 13 UTC Spring, 2002: GameMaster: Kaiser von Ratten was banned: multi. The time until the next phase has been extended by one phase length to give an opportunity to replace the player.
Remember to finalize your orders if you don't want to wait, so the game isn't held up unnecessarily!
28 Oct 13 UTC Spring, 2002: [Near-East]:QUEBEC again? Really?
28 Oct 13 UTC Spring, 2002: [Kenya]:god dammit, this is getting stupid now.
28 Oct 13 UTC Spring, 2002: [Argentina]:how do you know who's who?
29 Oct 13 UTC Spring, 2002: [Near-East]:Brazil - the fortunes of Diplomacy have smiled upon you - Brazil has not fallen to attacks from the USA and QUEBEC. Quebec has fallen to Brazil (though how you can stand the weather is beyond me). And lookie - California is now part of Canada. How cool is that?
29 Oct 13 UTC Autumn, 2002: [Brazil]:I think cali being Yellow is much nicer decor
29 Oct 13 UTC Autumn, 2002: [Quebec]:What's up from the new Quebec. I hope no one minds I joined the game for learning purposes but I will be here as long as you let me.
29 Oct 13 UTC Autumn, 2002: [Libya]:Good luck Quebec
29 Oct 13 UTC Autumn, 2002: [China]:Good luck. Is there only one of you this time?:)
29 Oct 13 UTC Autumn, 2002: [Quebec]:I hope so :)
04 Nov 13 UTC Autumn, 2003: GameMaster: DangerDoc was banned: Multi / No Reply. The time until the next phase has been extended by one phase length to give an opportunity to replace the player.
Remember to finalize your orders if you don't want to wait, so the game isn't held up unnecessarily!
04 Nov 13 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Frozen-Antarctica]:Quebecs gone again
04 Nov 13 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Kenya]:well he really wasn't kidding then, haha
04 Nov 13 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Frozen-Antarctica]:No reply, what does that even mean?
05 Nov 13 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Kenya]:fuck this, why does everyone who is going against the rules come into this game?
08 Nov 13 UTC Spring, 2004: [Near-East]:Hey all - the Middle East will be unavailable from noon Friday (Eastern Standard Time) through Saturday night late. I will do my utmost to ensure that no orders are missed. Have a great weekend.

Cheers!
09 Nov 13 UTC Autumn, 2004: [Kenya]:Just pause the game for a bit
14 Nov 13 UTC [Near-East]:Whoa! Three builds - looks good on you - let me know if you need anything, though in light of the fact that India must disband two units it seems to me that picking off Calcutta and Thailand should be a snap.

I intend to build a fleet on the south coast of Saudi Arabia and an army in Syria. Unless you need anything my destination is Africa. I'm intending to sail my Arabian Sea fleet into the Northwest Indian Ocean.
14 Nov 13 UTC [Kenya]:Why there though? NW indian ocean is nowhere near northern Africa.
14 Nov 13 UTC [Brazil]:Oh I dunno - looks like he's angling at you Kenya :P
14 Nov 13 UTC [Kenya]:I can guess haha, why would he publish his plans publicly though?
14 Nov 13 UTC [Brazil]:I actually thinks its counter-intel or misinformation to disguise his true intent!
14 Nov 13 UTC [Near-East]:Disparaging comments about tents and the way we wear them are not appreciated.
14 Nov 13 UTC GameMaster: Yaniv was banned: multi/meta/no reply. The time until the next phase has been extended by one phase length to give an opportunity to replace the player.
Remember to finalize your orders if you don't want to wait, so the game isn't held up unnecessarily!
14 Nov 13 UTC [China]:Unbelievable!
14 Nov 13 UTC [India]:-_- so does that mean everyone wants to work me against them?
14 Nov 13 UTC [India]:this is rediculous though, lets just cancel/draw the game :P
14 Nov 13 UTC [Brazil]:I agree to draw not cancel
14 Nov 13 UTC [Frozen-Antarctica]:Lets see if someone will join in
15 Nov 13 UTC [Russia]:I'd be willing to draw
15 Nov 13 UTC [Kenya]:Yeah let's draw, this crap load of banning is now beyond annoying.
15 Nov 13 UTC [India]:lets put our draw votes up then...
15 Nov 13 UTC [China]:Near east is back can we cancel the draw and play on?
15 Nov 13 UTC [Near-East]:I was banned. I pleaded my case because I ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY DO NOT METAGAME AND DO NOT CHEAT. And I've been re-instated. I have to tell you though that it leaves an unpleasant taste in one's mouth. I used to think that everyone that was banned was a downright cheater and couldn't understand why. Now I'm less sure.
15 Nov 13 UTC [Kenya]:I'm still up for a draw though, besides I can't say I have much skill. Kenya is shit easy to play in this mod
16 Nov 13 UTC [Brazil]:Yeah I still vote to kill this match off - too many leaves and disruptions
16 Nov 13 UTC [Argentina]:ivote draw
16 Nov 13 UTC [India]:yea this game was so screwed up :P the best thing is to just draw
16 Nov 13 UTC [Kenya]:lol haha, we've had like 5-10 bans literally XD
16 Nov 13 UTC [India]:lol ik crazy stuff
16 Nov 13 UTC [China]:I am not quite sure why you want a draw after Near East has been reinstated but as I only came in as a substitute myself to try out this map and the lead players have agreed to draw I will vote for a draw too
16 Nov 13 UTC [Frozen-Antarctica]:I don't understand why everyone wants a draw, but I'm not going to be the only guy that doesn't draw, so I guess I will too
16 Nov 13 UTC [Frozen-Antarctica]:I don't understand why everyone wants a draw, but I'm not going to be the only guy that doesn't draw, so I guess I will too
16 Nov 13 UTC [India]:i'll take the draw after completely giving up lol
