It turned out a decent game, even though I think the reasonable thing would have been to cancel/draw when Cuba and New York left pretty much at the same time. To be honest I can't really see how I could have made it to a 4-way if Mexico would have kept playing. Thanks for good cooperation California, congrats to Quebec and Peru for the draw! Hope to see you in other games!
