01 Jul 13 UTC	Spring, 2: There was some kind of bug that caused the game to be unpaused. A mod paused it again, but not before the phase went through. Anyways, it kinda sucks that Jon missed his builds. Could we just enter all holds for 1 year? Basically the game won't change, and then when the builds come around again he will be the only one with orders. It shouldn't take very long, since everyone will finalize. Reasonable?
