09 Apr 13 UTC Spring, 1901: I would just like to wish everyone good luck in this fun and backstabbing game. And may the best country win!
09 Apr 13 UTC Spring, 1901: Is really 'backstabbing' the essence of this game?...
09 Apr 13 UTC Spring, 1901: GameMaster: Captain Anti was banned: multi. The time until the next phase has been extended by one phase length to give an opportunity to replace the player.
Remember to finalize your orders if you don't want to wait, so the game isn't held up unnecessarily!
09 Apr 13 UTC Spring, 1901: Well, the former russian player backstabbed the spirit of this game, so....
09 Apr 13 UTC Spring, 1901: First time I've e-mailed the mods too. Result!
09 Apr 13 UTC Spring, 1901: OK all! I'm here to help out and have some fun. Give me a day to read and resond to all the old press. I'm generally inclined when I join games like this to follow what the other guy was doing but if he seems off the wall, I may have to change things up.
09 Apr 13 UTC Spring, 1901: Well, it's still 1901, so I can't imagine it being too much.
09 Apr 13 UTC Spring, 1901: What actually happened? We had one player with two user names? So, the Russian guy was who else?
By the way, I played once the Ancient Mediterranean and had impression that the guy had THREE user names in the same game (3 of 5!); each move had been played in the interval of several minutes every time... But finally, the fifth guy and I stabbed him - in spite he had 'three heads'. :o)
So, what's the procedure if I have the same impression in the future? What I am supposed to do in the case of signals that somebody is 'multi player'?
09 Apr 13 UTC Spring, 1901: He may have been multiing or metaing in another game. You'll never know unless you hunt down his profile, but even then that game may have been cancelled.
09 Apr 13 UTC Spring, 1901: And just send an email to with game id and user ids in questiona dn they will investigate it for you.
09 Apr 13 UTC Spring, 1901: I emailed the mods because I was suspicious that 2 new players had signed up and joined this game, as well as the game having the name "Josh" in it. Turns out Russia was a previously banned guy on a new account, so he has been re-banned.

I hope this won't affect the game at all and we can continue as normal.
09 Apr 13 UTC Spring, 1901: Thank you for the info.
So, let's have a fair war! :o)
12 Apr 13 UTC Autumn, 1901: I am on the road tomorrow so withdrawing my ready to pace the game to work with my trip this weekend. No pause needed juat full phases for my orders.
15 Apr 13 UTC Autumn, 1902: God damnit my moves were screwed by the game.
15 Apr 13 UTC Autumn, 1902: What exactly happened? I saw you with two exclamation marks few hours ago; have you seen yourself as [Ready]?
15 Apr 13 UTC Autumn, 1902: If it is possible to see self differently that the real status is - than it's pretty irritable...
16 Apr 13 UTC Autumn, 1902: Turkey, don't be an asshole. You have no where to retreat. Just disband the unit already.
16 Apr 13 UTC Autumn, 1902: So, finally we can confirm that Russia and Turkey are not in the alliance... :o)
16 Apr 13 UTC Autumn, 1902: Google chrome was showing Loading order... while I was on holiday. I emailed the mods but it seems that they cant reverse the game. Bye bye 50 points
17 Apr 13 UTC Spring, 1903: I have a similar situation like the Tzar had; early in the morning I am leaving for a trip and won't be near computer until Thursday late evening; times are EU.
