28 Feb 13 UTC Spring, 1908: yeah but he was pretty pissed.
28 Feb 13 UTC Autumn, 1908: Austria, its not too late. put out your draw flag and we can stalemate Turkey! please!
28 Feb 13 UTC Autumn, 1908: I'm really sorry England, I just want to get as much game time in as I can really.
28 Feb 13 UTC Spring, 1909: well we could really draw this... theres no way Turkey can take you out with me involved. The choice is yours: either force a draw or lose. There is no solo win for you, I hope you can see that.
28 Feb 13 UTC Spring, 1909: I don't expect to win solo dude...
28 Feb 13 UTC Spring, 1909: England, check done.
28 Feb 13 UTC Autumn, 1909: after the game, I would love to ask you why you would prefer the defeat over the easy draw so keep your eyes on your inbox.
28 Feb 13 UTC Spring, 1910: turkey, can you please just win this already? if you insist on only taking scs from me, I hope you know that we will be here forever.
28 Feb 13 UTC Spring, 1910: That's in the spirit of the game: playing, despite your preference for fucking people before time.
And I would be happy with your defeat England :-D
28 Feb 13 UTC Spring, 1910: shit, is everyone here mad at me?
28 Feb 13 UTC Spring, 1910: England, you made your bed, now lie in it.
28 Feb 13 UTC Spring, 1910: If you want to speed things up, feel free to retreat!
28 Feb 13 UTC Autumn, 1910: :(
28 Feb 13 UTC Autumn, 1910: England, I'm not mad at you, just worried about your zombie armies
28 Feb 13 UTC Autumn, 1910: What's with the slow builds?
28 Feb 13 UTC Autumn, 1910: turkey, i will be moving out of Norway, Paris, and Brest this turn.
28 Feb 13 UTC Spring, 1911: Thanks!
28 Feb 13 UTC Spring, 1911: np
28 Feb 13 UTC Spring, 1911: If so, then this can be a quick turn. Let's all hit "ready".
28 Feb 13 UTC now?
28 Feb 13 UTC I will be moving Paris to Picardy
28 Feb 13 UTC If you move Paris-->Pic, we'll be done.
28 Feb 13 UTC yep
28 Feb 13 UTC good show. now austria, can I ask you some questions?
28 Feb 13 UTC Good game and well deserved victory Turkey
28 Feb 13 UTC Well played on all sides. England you sure held out a long time!
28 Feb 13 UTC england fire away
28 Feb 13 UTC I didn't want to rile things up during the game but this way, Austria is guaranteed 35-40 points. The other way we both gobble him up and he probably ends up with nothing or very little. It's very hard to engineer a three-way draw, especially when one player is stab-y.
28 Feb 13 UTC I think his play makes a lot of sense.
28 Feb 13 UTC This is only my third game on the site. I value logging in game time over points at the moment.
28 Feb 13 UTC k so I was thinking that there is only one of two reasons why you didn't stab Turkey in the end game. Either you were secretly gunning for the solo (which I highly doubt) or since this game is points per supply center, you were going for second place. That is understandable but a) the draw versus the defeat is worth more than points and b) you would have gotten more points in a three-way draw.
28 Feb 13 UTC I like how Albania is still independent ^_^
28 Feb 13 UTC Oh and Germany, sorry about the stab. Turkey, if France had not NMRed, we could have beaten you :)
28 Feb 13 UTC I think it's because points aren't everything to me I guess.
28 Feb 13 UTC Not all the people have a dirty soul like yours.
Alliances can be worthy for both sides.
28 Feb 13 UTC Yeah, it sucks to lose an ally. Bad break.
28 Feb 13 UTC Given that this game isn't anon especially. I prefer to be known as someone who enjoys playing a loyal game
28 Feb 13 UTC OTOH, you might have stabbed him too which would have hurried things up dramatically.
28 Feb 13 UTC fhm, let's ally again soon!
28 Feb 13 UTC But I wouldn't say anyone has a "dirty soul"!
28 Feb 13 UTC OTOH, you might have stabbed him too which would have hurried things up dramatically.
28 Feb 13 UTC Sure thing man, I really enjoyed playing that. It was intense haha.
28 Feb 13 UTC whoops, i hate that refresh reposts stuff. Anyways, good evening to all!
28 Feb 13 UTC ciao all, gg
28 Feb 13 UTC true, I guess. That's a pretty good reason, Austria. Germany, just so you know I hate stabbing people but a) you really were not cooperating at all with me and b) my friend was over my shoulder and convinced me it would be the best thing. I felt really bad about it though.
28 Feb 13 UTC Not "anyone", only England :)
28 Feb 13 UTC sorry, Germany
28 Feb 13 UTC England, you are wasting your words. I don't give any credits to your excuses.
I was fully cooperative but you think you were too smart.
The only regret I have is that I could not screw your game because I have been cut off from the heart of my homeland and have a little chance to survive moving versus Turkey.
But if ever he or Austria would have asked me to get my payback I would be in.
They didn't.
01 Mar 13 UTC I know that you probably won't read this but something else that I forgot to mention to you and everyone is that way early on in the game, you tried to convince France to stab me. I know this because France and I were allies and he told me. If you can't handle a stab, maybe Diplomacy isn't the best game for you.
01 Mar 13 UTC You are trying to deceiving the truth, but it doesn't matter anymore and of no interest to the others.
